U-kirka i Trondheim søker prest til en nyopprettet stilling med et tydelig mål: Å bygge et levende og relevant kirkelig fellesskap for unge voksne. Vi ser etter deg som formidler evangeliet med engasjement og trygghet, og som vil være med å forme kirke i møte med en ny generasjon.
Vi søker en prest som har erfaring med arbeid blant ungdom og/eller unge voksne, er initiativrik, har god gjennomføringsevne og er god på relasjoner. Vi ønsker oss et fellesskap som skaper tilhørighet, bidrar til sunn kristen tro og tillit, og som forløser engasjement. Du får stor frihet til å utforske, utforme og sette ditt preg på arbeidet. Sammen med kolleger, frivillige medarbeidere og samarbeidspartnere, er du er en del av et kreativt miljø.
U-kirka er et etablert samarbeid mellom Kirkelig fellesråd i Trondheim og Nidaros bispedømmeråd. U-kirka driver også et diakonalt arbeid blant ungdom, sammen med Trondheim kommune. Pr i dag har U-kirka 3,2 årsverk, med tverrfaglig bakgrunn. Vi har hatt størst søkelys på alderen 13-20, og nå vil vi også styrke satsingen på aldersgruppen 18-30 år med en prestestilling i teamet. U-kirka er lokalisert i Tempe kirke, som for tiden renoveres og som på nyåret 2027 vil være spesielt tilrettelagt for arbeid blant ungdom og unge voksne. Vi ser til gode erfaringer andre steder, og har stor tro på at gudstjenesten vil være et sentralt utgangspunkt for satsing blant unge voksne.
I Trondheim satses det nå bredt på arbeid blant ungdom og unge voksne. Du vil samarbeide med ny unge-voksne prest i Nidarosdomen, studentprestene ved NTNU, soknene i byen og flere kristne menigheter og organisasjoner. Trondheim er en stor studentby med ca 40.000 studenter. Her er det store muligheter for å skape gode fellesskap og kirkelig tilhørighet.
Stillingen er en 3-års prosjektstilling med sikte på fast ansettelse.
Tjenestedistriktet Trondheim prosti er av de største i landet, og dekker et område med om lag 175.000 av Trondheims innbyggere. Det har 13 sokn og 27 prester, og det betyr et allsidig og robust prestekollegium, som innbyr til faglig utveksling og gode samarbeidsprosjekter. I Trondheim har vi by-omfattende tilbud innen retreat, kurs og samtalegrupper, konfirmanttreff m.m. Vi har kontekstuelle utviklingsprosjekter som Barnas katedral, U-kirke, Grønn katedral og en frivilligkoordinator på byplan, som kan inspirere og gi rom for differensierte tjenester som prest i byen.
Prestene i prostiet samles en gang i måneden, og i tillegg er det ukentlig pastoralforening, fagdager sammen med Fellesrådet og Domprostiet, samt en del fagstøtte fra bispedømmekontoret. Trondheim er, med Nidarosdomen sentralt plassert, et senter for pilegrimsteologi og forvaltning av Olavsarven i Den norske kirke, med den årlige olsok-feiringen som samlingspunkt. Den kirkelige aktiviteten i bispedømmet er utforskende og variert. Sørsamisk kirkeliv og nasjonaljubileet 2030 er også et særlig ansvar.

The Community Assistant assists property management in selling and leasing the property to prospective residents and parents and helps to offer current residents and parents with a dynamic and enhanced living experience through excellent customer service and dedication to American Campus Basic Operating Standards and Systems (BOSS). A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university while in this position. Critical Duties: * Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and completing any required prospect follow-up in a timely and accurate manner. * Understand, support, and abide by all American Campus Communities policies and procedures while providing unparalleled customer service and respect for residents. * Work a structured administrative shift in the office each week as determined by your supervisor which may include evenings, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays. * Work assigned “Community Assistant On-Call” shifts, which may include, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays. These shifts may take place at any point during the day, evening, and/or overnight and are a required part of the Community Assistant position. * Participate fully in the Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes. Essential Duties: (other duties may be assigned) Leasing and Marketing: * Give leasing tours, answer leasing phone calls and process online inquiries. * Fully and accurately complete a guest card for each prospective resident contact, whether by phone or in person. * Enter prospective resident information into the Salesforce leasing management system in a timely and accurate manner. * Participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media initiatives and other community events. Assist with the implementation of renewal marketing campaign elements, including renewal events. Enthusiastically assists with the implementation of off-site marketing efforts on campus, in the community, and at special events. * Plan and execute social media strategies, creating, and publishing content to a variety of platforms, and interacting with the resident communities and/or identified target audiences. * Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives, public recognition, and a positive reputation within the local community. Basic Operating Standards and Systems (Clean): * Comes to work in appropriate attire as outlined by ACC standards. * At all times, assists in keeping the community clean by surveying common areas regularly for cleanliness, appearance, and working order. * At all times, immediately reports any life safety hazard or maintenance concern encountered on the property. Basic Operating Standards and Systems (Community): * Become acquainted with residents living at the property while serving as a resource for both residents and parents concerning the property, the local University and/or College, and greater community. * Enthusiastically participate in and promote ACC programming and initiatives. * Respond to and document behaviors of residents that violate the law or the ACC lease agreement. * Understand, communicate, and enforce community safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies and procedures, providing emergency response and referral services and resources. * Encourage the respect and appreciation of individual differences. * Mediate conflict and help residents to create a respectful living community. Basic Operating Standards and Systems (Customer Service): * Exhibit a welcoming and professional attitude at all times when interacting with prospective residents and parents, and current residents and parents. * Appropriately act as a resource for all customers when confronted with a customer service concern. * Be familiar with the general maintenance policies and procedures and be available to assist in after hours maintenance emergencies. Be A Team Player: * Place a high priority on availability for CA scheduling when considering other extracurricular opportunities. Attend, and constructively contribute to, all weekly staff meetings and any special/emergency meetings. Participate in all staff training and orientation which may include evenings, weekdays, and/or weekends. Participate in recruitment, selection, and training of all new staff members as requested by the Manager which may include evenings, weekdays, and/or weekends. Maintain a professional attitude and manner in your work relationships. * Model and encourage a positive attitude among staff. Perform Administrative Tasks: * Complete room/apartment inventories, key checks and common area inventories as assigned. Complete and submit required reports. Distribute materials and messages from or approved by the Manager in a timely manner and/or by the assigned completion date. Facilitate the administration of the Community Service Survey. * Accurately conduct student census as needed. Turn * Available to work as scheduled/needed during Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out. This schedule may consist of multiple days in a row and/or extended hours. * Participate fully in the preparation and administration of Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out. * Participate in the make-ready of units to include, but not limited to, removing trash, assisting in identifying/documenting damages, assisting as directed in cleaning, painting, assembling/moving furniture, small repairs such as lightbulb replacement, caulking, etc. * Participate in the maintenance of the grounds, clubhouse, office, and other common areas such as hallways/breezeways, elevators, etc. This may include, but is not limited to, picking up trash, assisting as directed in cleaning, painting, basic landscaping, etc. * As directed/assigned, escort vendors throughout the community the necessary location and stay with them until the project is finished or otherwise directed.
We are seeking a Seasonal Operations Assistant to support the management and maintenance team(s) during our seasonal apartment Turnover period and/or for a special project-based need. This position will work closely with the team and vendors to ensure a smooth process and/or project completion according to ACC policies and procedures. You will be the liaison between vendors and staff to include, but not limited to: unit entry/oversight, collecting daily vendor assignment sheets, basic work order fulfillment, general unit make-ready etc. Your ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors and to support to our maintenance team will be key! Here’s what a typical day may look like: * Accompany vendors on-site as instructed by community management and/or facilities management. * Assist in audits and tracking as instructed to include but not limited to: key audits, damage walks, vendor completion lists, etc. * Assist in quality checks of completed work to ensure market ready status of the units or area of project. * During the unit Turnover process, assist in preparation of units/bedspaces for occupancy in accordance with company standards and expectations. * Responsible for understanding and following the American Campus key policy. * Assist with moving, unloading and storing supplies such as furniture or project supplies. * Perform duties and assists in completing daily duties as outlined in the American Campus Basic Operating Standards and Systems (BOSS) program. * Assists in keeping property grounds clean to include but not limited to: general curb appeal including trash pick-up and disposal, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping common areas, maintain pool and amenity areas as needed, power washing, etc. in line with the American Campus BOSS program. * May assist with final walks. May assist with final touch ups including but not limited to: minor cleaning, minor repairs, touch up paint, etc. as instructed. * Participate in routine property or unit inspections. * Attend all mandatory employee staff meetings and company safety meetings/webinars. This seasonal role is anticipated to last from 7/27/26 to 8/22/26. This seasonal role is anticipated to end 8/22/26, but may be shortened or lengthened based on business need.
