Life as a Project Manager at CEF Our ERP Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day project management and coordinated delivery of IT solutions for stakeholders. The role brings together software delivery teams, business stakeholders, vendors and governance partners to turn agreed objectives into an executable delivery plan, manage progress, and keep delivery moving toward the intended outcome. This role focuses on practical execution rather than ownership of SDLC design or team development practices. The Project Manager - ERP coordinates the efforts of product, analysis, architecture, development, testing, change, deployment and support roles; manages schedule, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions; and provides clear status communication so teams can deliver agreed outcomes.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will identifying opportunities for improvement, defining business requirements, and supporting the delivery of digital initiatives that create measurable value. What You'do You will work across business and technology, helping ensure that digital solutions meet organizational goals and user needs. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with business stakeholders and Digital Product Managers to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Mapping and optimizing business processes to support digital transformation initiatives. Translating business requirements into clear, actionable input for development teams. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, UX designers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap planning. Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and drive decision-making. Ensuring that delivered solutions align with business expectations and deliver tangible value.
