The Role_
// We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering a maternity leave for 12 months,
supporting our marketing efforts across the UK, Spain, and Italy.
This role plays a key part in executing regional marketing activity that drives demand, supports sales engagement, and strengthens
Masabi’s presence in the European transit market. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and the global marketing

JOB PURPOSE The CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the email and SMS marketing channel, requiring an autonomous self-starter who makes data-driven decisions and drives measurable business results. The ideal candidate will be an experienced CRM professional who demonstrates the ability to manage comprehensive email and SMS marketing programs with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to deliver clear, compelling messages that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role will define and champion highly personalized content experiences for known customers while driving a customer-first mindset. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet broader business objectives while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced retail commerce environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Drive development of comprehensive email and SMS go-to-market calendars across seasonal product categories, product launches, promotional events, key markets, and cross-functional business initiatives. * Plan and implement email and SMS marketing strategies focused on improving key performance indicators including content personalization, visit rates, conversion optimization, list growth, and revenue growth. * Manage high-volume daily campaign delivery, ensuring flawless execution and optimal deliverability across all customer segments. * Foster compelling storytelling to create dynamic, engaging, and authentic brand experiences that reflect company values and strengthen customer affinity. * Oversee the email briefing process, ensuring clear, actionable guidance is provided to creative teams to achieve engaging storytelling while embedding branding principles and personalization at scale. * Collaborate with brand marketing teams to ensure email and SMS content aligns with overall brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and product messaging strategies. * Craft and execute comprehensive experimentation roadmaps including landing page optimization, creative testing, audience segmentation, subject line optimization, and send-time testing. * Implement advanced A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously optimize email and SMS performance and drive revenue growth. * Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities to enhance personalization and customer targeting. * Work in close partnership with CRM Operations teams to ensure campaigns are built, tested, and executed accurately, effectively, and on schedule. * Partner with business management and merchandising teams to align email content with strategic initiatives, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars. * Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. * Lead multiple projects concurrently while providing regular performance monitoring and updates to CRM leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. * Perform real-time and periodic ad hoc analyses to evaluate channel performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights. JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a hybrid AI-Enabled Campaign Manager who combines strategic campaign ownership with hands-on execution, operational excellence, and a strong interest in AI-driven marketing innovation. This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, CRM execution, marketing technology, data, and creative production. You will lead and execute customer-facing campaigns across eBay’s owned channels (email, push, onsite, in-app, landing pages), while leveraging AI tools and creative capabilities to scale personalization, improve efficiency, and drive performance. Job Overview: As the B2B Newsletter Manager (Maternity Cover), you will be responsible for executing a strategic and data-driven approach to newsletter growth, audience engagement, and lead generation across our portfolio of technology brands. Reporting to the Audience Outreach Manager and working as part of the Audience Development department, you will partner closely with editorial, commercial, product, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing newsletters that deepen audience relationships while supporting commercial growth. This role blends strategic planning and direction with hands-on execution and implementation, ensuring that our B2B emails directly contribute to increased subscriber growth, stronger engagement and retention, and improved lead generation outcomes. You will oversee the day-to-day management of our B2B newsletter portfolio, including promotion, production, testing, segmentation, and performance analysis, while identifying opportunities to improve existing products and launch new newsletters. Key Responsibilities: Newsletter Strategy * Develop and execute data-informed newsletter strategies to grow subscriber audiences, deepen engagement, and support lead generation across multiple technology brands. * Create and implement clear newsletter playbooks covering email promotion, subscriber marketing, audience segmentation and testing that can be applied across the portfolio. * Monitor email marketing trends, new technologies, and competitor activity to ensure ongoing innovation and continuous improvement. Newsletter Production and Growth * Oversee and manage the day-to-day production and scheduling of newsletters, ensuring timely delivery, editorial accuracy, and consistent brand standards. * Develop and implement subscriber initiatives to increase newsletter sign-ups through on-site promotion, partnerships, events, and other audience development channels.
