This is a remote position, preferably based in the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia) or located in the Eastern Time

Zone as it will require regular in person meetings in those regions.

Tines is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales team, who are crucial to our growth and winning

customers. You will work with our Channel Partner team to evangelize Tines' SaaS solutions and educate existing and potential

Partners on the business value that their customers can gain with intelligent workflows. You will use your product and technical

knowledge to build enablement programs for our partners so that they can articulate the value of Tines and its approach to

automation and integration. You will understand customers’ business pains and the outcomes they want to achieve and will guide the

partners to show how Tines can help their customers realize those outcomes.

Build and demo Tines with partners to show value and win sales with their customers

Be a key source of market feedback into the product organization

Support the greater Solutions Engineering team in developing metrics and refining SE operations into best practices that are

Responsibilities you will assume:

Provide strategic thought leadership by driving the strategic direction for Solutions Engineering within North America,

aligning with overall business goals and specifically with the strategy around Partnerships

Mentor and provide guidance to other Solutions Engineers, fostering professional growth and skill development within the team
Represent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing the value of our solutions and establishing Tines as

a thought leader in automation

Work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and strategy based on

market and customer insights

What you bring with you:

7+ years of experience in a pre-sales / sales engineering or technology delivery at a SaaS company with emphasis on partner

engagement

Strong technical background and experience working with APIs and a curiosity to learn new cloud technologies
Working knowledge of AI-Assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Security and/or IT industry experience
Public Sector industry experience
Strong skills and experience with uncovering customer needs
Experience with delivering compelling demos to customers and winning technical evaluations
Experience communicating with business and technical audiences to establish trust and influence key decision makers

SENIOR SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER - GOVERNMENT CLOUD You'll join the team responsible for building and operating the AWS GovCloud environment that brings Tines to federal customers, alongside owning the supporting services and tooling that our government and self-hosted customers rely on.
