About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will lead and develop medical affairs and promotional accounts, serving as a trusted client partner and
ensuring high-quality delivery across medical communications programs. You will manage day-to-day account activity, oversee
budgets and timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and
account growth.

What You’ll Do As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in the successful delivery and growth of assigned account(s). About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring deep experience in medical communications with a focus on medical affairs and publications with a passion for excellence in scientific storytelling. You will have: * A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred). * 4–6 years of experience in a medical communications agency, with significant exposure to medical affairs and publications planning and delivery. * Strong project and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and SOW development. * A proven ability to manage complex publication programs and collaborate effectively with authors, clients, and cross-functional internal teams. * Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Working knowledge of Datavision and Veeva (a plus).
