SECURE EVERY IDENTITY, FROM AI TO HUMAN Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. THE DIGITAL PLATFORM TEAM The Digital Platform team is a global organization distributed across the US and India, responsible for the integration and infrastructure layer that connects Adobe Experience Cloud to the rest of Okta's marketing technology, and analytics stack. The team owns Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture, data collection infrastructure, AEM platform services, and the integration portfolio — including the MCP server architecture, LLM provider integrations, and AI agent infrastructure that power AI-native marketing experiences across the company. The team partners closely with Marketing, IT, DevSecOps, and Adobe to extend platform capabilities, govern data, and deliver scalable AI-driven experiences to the GTM organization. The work is strategic and product-driven: anticipating capability gaps, evaluating new tools and integrations, and building the connective tissue that keeps the broader ecosystem unified and well-governed. THE PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER, MARKETING TECHNOLOGY AI OPPORTUNITY Okta is building the next generation of AI-native marketing technology, transforming how Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and IT teams work across the GTM stack. Within Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI), we operate as Customer Zero — designing and delivering AI-powered MarTech products that reshape how Okta runs its own go-to-market motion and inform what we bring to market for our customers. As the Principal Product Manager for Marketing Technology AI, you'll act as the Platform Product Owner for AI and integrations — owning the strategy and roadmap for Adobe Experience Platform and the agentic capabilities layered on top of it. You'll own the full lifecycle of AI-native MarTech products, from zero-to-one innovations that prevent shadow IT to scaling them into reusable agent configurations and shared platform services. Your portfolio includes our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture, LLM provider integration, AI agent orchestration, and the AI-driven product development lifecycle that powers GTM execution end-to-end. You'll balance rapid experimentation with disciplined governance — designing the human-in-the-loop gates and measurement contracts that make autonomous AI writes safe at enterprise scale. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Discover and validate AI-native MarTech use cases that close ecosystem gaps before they become shadow IT * Build and ship AI-native experiences across the GTM stack — agents, copilots, and workflow automation that span DevOps and Content Operation swimlanes * Define the human-in-the-loop gates, measurement contracts, and governance policies that make autonomous AI writes safe in production * Scale proven zero-to-one wins into reusable, configuration-driven agent capabilities— so adding a new AI workflow becomes a configuration change, not a new build * Own the AI product development lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery and campaign intent through prototype, build, launch, monitor, and iterate — and partner with Digital, TDI, and Adobe to drive adoption * Define quality and safety metrics, evaluate AI performance against measurement contracts, and translate outcomes into clear business impact for the GTM organization WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE EXPERIENCE * 10+ years in product management, with 1+ years shipping AI/ML products in production * Track record taking products from idea → MVP → broad adoption inside a complex enterprise stack * Deep MarTech experience across Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, and Salesforce, with working knowledge of adjacent systems (Real-Time CDP, Common Room, Gong, 6sense, Demandbase, Adobe Target) * Experience building AI-powered products with LLMs, agents, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations SKILLS * Strong understanding of AI capabilities — and clear judgment for where they actually solve real MarTech problems vs. where they don't yet belong * Experience designing AI evaluation frameworks, quality benchmarks, and safety guardrails for autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows * Fluency with B2B data governance * Ability to balance speed and rigor, knowing when to experiment and when to standardize a capability into the platform * Excellent cross-functional leadership across Marketing, IT, and engineering — and storytelling skills that make platform work visible to executive stakeholders * User empathy and the ability to translate complex MarTech workflows (campaign execution, account-based experiences, buying-group lifecycle) into simple operator experiences * A bias for closing ecosystem gaps proactively — anticipating shadow IT before it appears, not reacting to it after the fact NICE-TO-HAVE * Familiarity with responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance (GDPR,, regional B2B privacy regimes) * Understanding of AI operational economics — cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs across LLM providers and inference patterns * Experience with agentic system design and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architecture * Working knowledge of Account-Based Experience (ABX) frameworks, buying-group lifecycle management, and account-level intent signal aggregation * Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise security, or identity WHY JOIN US * Customer Zero Impact: Build AI-native MarTech inside Okta first — every product you ship reshapes how Okta runs its own go-to-market motion and informs what we bring to market for customers. * Ecosystem Leverage: Every enterprise integration you ship is a reason a team doesn't spin up a bespoke single use tool. Your impact is measurable, durable, and strategic — not headcount-bound. * AI + MarTech Leadership: Work at the intersection of identity, AI, and go-to-market — three of the most consequential domains in enterprise software today.
