We are looking for an OpenShift/Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) Consultant
What You Will Work On
Implement, configure, and optimize Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) environments.
Support the development and continuous improvement of the OpenShift platform.
Monitor platform capacity, performance, and resource utilization.
Implement scaling strategies and automate platform operations where appropriate.
Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and maintain OpenShift in SDDC and Azure environments.
Support application onboarding, testing, and migration to the ARO platform.
Configure networking, connectivity, and platform integrations with existing enterprise systems.
Implement platform security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain platform documentation, configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and training to internal teams.
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and support ongoing operational improvements.
Work closely with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application development teams.
What You Bring
Strong experience with OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
Experience designing, implementing, and managing container platform environments.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
Experience working with Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.
Experience with Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) environments is an advantage.
Knowledge of platform performance tuning, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
Experience implementing automation for platform management and operations.
Strong understanding of networking, connectivity, and security within container platforms.
Experience supporting application deployment and migration to OpenShift platforms.
Knowledge of platform security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Experience creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and platform guidelines.

Working in a cross-functional team What we’re looking for Proven ability to design, optimize, and operate data-intensive systems, including schema design, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting in MS SQL Server–based environments. Deep understanding of database performance and reliability, including indexing strategies, query optimisation, and handling production issues. Experience building and operating backend services using .NET/C#, with a solid understanding of microservice architectures and distributed systems. Experience designing and working with asynchronous messaging and event-driven systems, using Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar technologies. Location: Sweden (Hybrid) Level: Mid–Senior Security Clearance: Swedish Security Level 2SE required ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Kubernetes Operations Engineer to join our team in Sweden on a consulting basis. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, stability, security and lifecycle management of Kubernetes clusters — whether self-managed (kubeadm, Rancher, OpenShift) or managed cloud offerings (AKS, EKS, GKE). You will work closely with development, platform and security teams to ensure container workloads run reliably, efficiently and securely at scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Administer, maintain and upgrade Kubernetes clusters across development, staging and production environments • Monitor cluster health, node performance and workload availability using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager and Loki or equivalent observability stacks • Manage cluster networking: CNI plugins (Calico, Flannel, Cilium), Ingress controllers (NGINX, Traefik), Network Policies and Service Mesh (Istio or Linkerd) where applicable • Administer storage: Persistent Volumes, Storage Classes, dynamic provisioning and integration with NFS, Ceph, Longhorn or cloud-native storage backends • Implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Pod Security Standards, network policies and secrets management (Vault, Sealed Secrets or native Kubernetes Secrets) • Manage cluster lifecycle including node provisioning, certificate rotation, etcd backup and recovery, and control-plane upgrades • Operate and troubleshoot Helm-managed releases; maintain Helm charts and oversee chart versioning and rollbacks • Support GitOps workflows using Argo CD or Flux for declarative cluster state management • Collaborate with development teams on resource quotas, limit ranges, HPA/VPA autoscaling and workload scheduling • Perform capacity planning, cost optimisation and rightsizing of cluster resources • Respond to and resolve incidents involving cluster components, networking, storage and application workloads • Maintain documentation of cluster architecture, runbooks and operational procedures • Participate in on-call rotation as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes operations experience in production environments • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes core concepts: Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, RBAC and Namespaces • Experience administering self-managed clusters (kubeadm) and/or managed Kubernetes services (AKS, EKS or GKE) • Solid understanding of Kubernetes networking: CNI plugins, Ingress, DNS (CoreDNS), Network Policies and Load Balancing • Experience with cluster monitoring and observability: Prometheus, Grafana and Alertmanager • Proficiency in Helm for package management and release lifecycle • Hands-on experience with etcd backup/restore, certificate management and control-plane troubleshooting • Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python for automation and operational tasks • Familiarity with container runtimes: containerd, CRI-O or Docker • Experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu or equivalent) as the underlying node OS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with GitOps tooling: Argo CD or Flux for declarative continuous delivery • Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies: Istio or Linkerd for traffic management and mTLS • Familiarity with Kubernetes security tooling: Falco, OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno or Trivy • Experience with cluster autoscaling: Cluster Autoscaler, KEDA or Karpenter • Exposure to OpenShift or Rancher enterprise Kubernetes platforms • Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform or Ansible for cluster provisioning and configuration • Kubernetes certifications: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) strongly preferred • Familiarity with cloud networking and IAM in AWS, Azure or GCP in the context of managed Kubernetes • Background in ITIL or structured service management frameworks SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT ⚠️ This position requires Swedish Security Clearance Level 2SE (Säkerhetsskyddad anställning, nivå 2). Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Genesys Cloud Developer / Technical Engineer to join our internal development team. In this role, you will contribute directly to the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of our future cloud-based Genesys platform and the ecosystem of connected systems within the Contact Centre domain. You will work closely with architects, developers, product owners, and operational teams to build scalable, secure, and modern customer interaction solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Participate as a core member of the internal development team, contributing to the evolution of our cloud-based Contact Centre platform. Perform hands-on development, configuration, and customization within Genesys Cloud, ensuring high-quality and maintainable solutions. Build, enhance, and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and various internal/external systems using APIs, microservices, and automation frameworks. Develop features and flows within Genesys Cloud Architect, including IVR logic, routing strategies, data actions, and event-driven workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, monitoring, and optimization of platform performance. Contribute to the modernization of legacy contact centre components and assist in cloud migration activities. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards across all development and configuration work. Troubleshoot complex issues across the Genesys Cloud environment and connected systems, providing root-cause analysis and long-term fixes. Must-Have Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, candidates must have: Several years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud, including development, configuration, and platform administration. Strong practical experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, API integrations, routing, IVR design, and data actions. Solid development experience in one or more of the following technologies: Java C# JavaScript Python Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Ability to work in Agile teams and contribute to end-to-end development cycles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
