We are looking for a Production Technician / Quality Engineer
What You Will Work On
Process Area Focus
Hole Punching and Cutting Processes
Surface Treatment and Cleanliness Processes
Core Responsibilities
Ensure stable and efficient production processes within assigned manufacturing areas
Improve process inputs, material handling, alignment, cleaning, and operational performance
Develop and implement process controls and preventive maintenance routines
Identify and implement process and method improvements
Ensure cleanliness standards before and during surface treatment processes
Develop and optimize quality control procedures
Define clear inspection routines, responsibilities, and process requirements
Establish corrective actions and escalation procedures for deviations
Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions
Identify gaps between documented procedures and actual operational practices
Develop and implement improved work instructions, routines, and best practices
Drive technical and process-related improvement initiatives
Train and support production and quality personnel
Operational Activities
Monitor production activities directly on the shop floor
Work closely with operators, setup technicians, and engineers
Test and implement process improvements in real production environments
Verify that implemented solutions deliver sustainable operational results
Support quality investigations and deviation management activities
What You Bring
Experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flows
Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Experience working closely with production teams and shop-floor operations
Knowledge of quality management and quality assurance methodologies
Experience performing root cause analyses and corrective action management
Ability to identify process weaknesses and implement practical improvements
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong communication and collaboration skills

About the Role As a Production Engineer, you may work with: Supporting and improving daily production operations Process optimization and continuous improvement Product support, industrialization, and NPI activities Root cause analysis, quality improvements, and troubleshooting Technical coordination with production, quality, suppliers, and design teams Automation, capacity, and cost-reduction projects For senior profiles, the role may also include leadership responsibilities, cross-functional coordination, and mentoring. Your profile We welcome both junior engineers (2+ years) and senior engineers (8–15+ years). You likely have experience in areas such as: Production, process, manufacturing, or product engineering Manufacturing processes, production flows, and technical documentation Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement Root cause analysis and quality tools Cross-functional collaboration in industrial environments Experience with NPI, industrialization, automation, SAP/ERP, or project leadership is considered a plus. You are: Structured and solution-oriented Hands-on and quality-focused Communicative and collaborative Motivated by improving products, processes, and production flow Education Relevant backgrounds include Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering disciplines. Equivalent practical experience is also valuable. Assignment Description We are looking for a Project Supplier Quality Manager to ensure product quality across supplier deliveries for customer projects. What You Will Work On Coordinate supplier quality activities throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and project teams. Develop and implement supplier quality and surveillance plans. Evaluate supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with project and customer requirements. Assess supplier performance and identify quality risks. Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and supplier audits. Schedule and manage inspection milestones with suppliers and customers. Review, validate, and manage supplier quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, certificates, and declarations. Collaborate with Project Quality Managers to establish and execute project quality plans. Support supplier development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications. Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and project management teams. Contribute to risk management and drive quality improvements throughout the supply chain. What You Bring Experience as a Supplier Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer, Project Quality Manager, or similar role. Strong background in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, purchasing quality, or production operations. Experience with product quality and manufacturing processes. Understanding of project-based quality management. Experience working with rotating machinery, boilers, process industries, welding, or similar industrial environments. Knowledge of supplier audits, supplier evaluations, and supplier development. Experience reviewing technical standards and customer specifications. Knowledge of CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or similar industry standards is highly desirable. Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Experience coordinating inspections, testing, and quality documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and supplier relationship skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international project teams. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
