Assignment Description We are looking for a Project Supplier Quality Manager to ensure product quality across supplier deliveries for customer projects. What You Will Work On Coordinate supplier quality activities throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and project teams. Develop and implement supplier quality and surveillance plans. Evaluate supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with project and customer requirements. Assess supplier performance and identify quality risks. Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and supplier audits. Schedule and manage inspection milestones with suppliers and customers. Review, validate, and manage supplier quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, certificates, and declarations. Collaborate with Project Quality Managers to establish and execute project quality plans. Support supplier development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications. Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and project management teams. Contribute to risk management and drive quality improvements throughout the supply chain. What You Bring Experience as a Supplier Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer, Project Quality Manager, or similar role. Strong background in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, purchasing quality, or production operations. Experience with product quality and manufacturing processes. Understanding of project-based quality management. Experience working with rotating machinery, boilers, process industries, welding, or similar industrial environments. Knowledge of supplier audits, supplier evaluations, and supplier development. Experience reviewing technical standards and customer specifications. Knowledge of CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or similar industry standards is highly desirable. Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Experience coordinating inspections, testing, and quality documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and supplier relationship skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international project teams. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

The Opportunity The High-Power Laboratory is accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025 as an independent testing station and is a member of SATS Certification and STL (Short-circuit Testing Liaison) and we are one of the few unique High-Power Laboratories in the world. The Laboratory is a large test facility for high voltage products with a variety of non-routine electrical and mechanical test procedures. Its main purpose is to perform high quality testing, both in the development of new products, and in certification of the products for the global market. The clients to the Lab come from both Hitachi global organization and external Hitachi companies. Being a part of the Maintenance Team at the High-Power Laboratory is an important and interesting challenge and a key role to keep the Laboratory operation at the forefront. The team, that consists of approx. 5 persons, handles the maintenance support of the full Laboratory plant. The maintenance was insourced 1 Jan 2025 and is currently in a development stage with new system etc. Responsibilities also in new projects and installations, as well as decommissioning of old equipment. The Laboratory have a large electrical installation, rotating machines, pressurized gas facilities and other various systems in the approximately 15.000 m2 large area. How you´ll make an impact Drive a planned maintenance within the Laboratory, serving our labs and clients in the best way possible. Understand and support the need from the Laboratory units, then drive the actions that need to be taken. Work with and develop our maintenance process. Support projects and the testing Labs with resources. Contribute to strategic planning and the overall development of the Laboratory. Your background Technical competence with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent acquired competence. Fluent Swedish language is a priority; good English is needed. Other languages are positive. Electrical competence is very appreciated, electrical installation competence would be very meritorious. Experience of successfully driving team culture and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within an advanced workshop/production unit. Familiarity with production engineering, R&D, and or, Design is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, being flexible, but not lose focus. Good communication, presentation, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Job description We are looking for a test engineer to Siemens Energy in Finspång, that can do testing of rotating machinery, contribute in design and make equipment more efficient. It is preferred if you have an education within electrical or electronical engineering or work experience for 2-3 years of relevance for this position. Your focus will be to use special instrumentation measuring gas turbines mainly in R&D test environment.
