Om tjänsten Wrknest rekryterar nu en Supplier Development Manager till Öhlins i Upplands Väsby. Rollen är en central chefsroll med helhetsansvar för Supplier Development, där du rapporterar till Quality Director. Du leder och utvecklar ett team om sex Supplier Development Engineers placerade i Sverige, Japan och Thailand.
Rollen innebär att kliva in i en verksamhet med högt ställda krav på kvalitet och leveransprecision. Under den första tiden finns det ett stort operativt fokus för att skapa förståelse för nuläge, struktur och arbetssätt. Därefter tillkommer ett större fokus på strategi, utveckling och långsiktig struktur.
Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter I rollen som Supplier Development Manager på Öhlins driver du utvecklingen av leverantörers prestation, kvalitet och kapabilitet för att uppnå företagets krav och affärsmål. Arbetet omfattar leverantörsbedömning och uppföljning samt ledning av förbättringsinitiativ inom kvalitet och kostnad. Genom strukturerade handlingsplaner säkerställer du hög kvalitet och leveransprecision. På så sätt bygger och underhåller du starka relationer med leverantörer samtidigt som du proaktivt identifierar och minimerar risker i leverantörsbasen. Du kommer även att:
