Snowflake Inc. is looking for a Field Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Central Expansion Sales Team
in developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, drive and nurture leads,
and accelerate opportunities to close. This position will collaborate closely with Snowflake’s sales, sales development and
campaign marketing teams to plan and execute activities.
In addition, you must successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects

As a Principal Program Manager, you will deliver large projects or programs and drive new service opportunities, working with both customers as well as internal stakeholders. You will be the overall Program Lead for a large customer acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and/or Executive Sponsor of the Program, collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft the vision, develop the strategy, build the roadmap of use cases, build program/project plan, proactively mitigate risks and execute on delivering customer value. AS A PRINCIPAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL: * Be a program management expert on all aspects of the Snowflake implementation and variety of project and services types, bringing multi-threaded initiatives together in an efficient manner * Deliver Fixed Fee and highly scoped projects on time. * Own project governance for budget and revenue reconciliation. * Lead large data migrations and code conversion efforts. * Able to successfully drive to scope clarity with project teams and customer stakeholders. * Familiar with Agentic AI and modern AI technology implementation. * Be the driving force in - project execution, use case identification, roadmapping, risk analysis for the customer * Drive planning and all aspects of execution of the program plan, working collaboratively with all stakeholders - customers, partners and internal stakeholders * Full ownership of the project life cycle - ensuring the project has met all its milestones and objectives characterized by on-time, on-budget and predictable delivery * Proactively identify and mitigate program or project risks, including risks associated with workstreams of the program that may be outside the scope of the contract * Collaborate and communicate effectively with various workstream owners, build a sense of community, clear expectations and timely communication * As a trusted advisor, collaborate with customer C-Suite and/or Executive Sponsor stakeholders drive alignment on vision, strategy and guide the program to successful delivery * Heavily process-driven, leverages and improves the program management methodology - processes, tools, templates and checklists * Be a champion for customer outcomes, be able to clearly articulate the value of the program in quantifiable metrics * Drive customer satisfaction expressed through surveys as well as renewals and additional opportunities for Snowflake * Work with Professional Services Practice Teams and Sales Account Teams to facilitate practice area enablement and support sales pursuits – scoping projects, estimating work, creating delivery proposals and providing regular delivery updates for ongoing projects * Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing * Determine areas for process improvements within both the customer and Snowflake OUR IDEAL PRINCIPAL PROGRAM MANAGER WILL HAVE: * 10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation and/or migration projects * Must have recent experience successfully delivering multi-million dollar complex data-related and/or cloud-based large Programs for a Fortune 500 customer * Must have played the role of trusted advisor to C-Suite or Executive Sponsor of the Program at Fortune 500 customer * Must be extremely adept in executive communication and relationship management across multitude of stakeholders - customer, partners and internal teams * Must have direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field * Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development * Strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience (including senior level executives at large enterprises) * Bonus Points: Experience in a customer support and advisory technical role (Solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent). The Partner Development Manager, Deloitte role involves driving and building relationships with one of our top Global System Integrator (GSI) partners. Your primary objective is to strengthen and expand the collaboration between Snowflake and Deloitte to drive growth. Acting as the single point of accountability for the health and velocity of this leading partnership. The success of our partnership is demonstrated by driving growth with our joint customers, delivering key Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, establishing critical executive relationships, enabling partners to grow their Snowflake competency, and delivering customer success. We are looking for a builder and a finisher—someone who doesn't just draft the plan, but drives it to completion, mobilizes the field, and uses data to "unstick" challenges before they become blockers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Strategic Go-to-Market (Scope: Americas 2-3 sectors): Work closely with your partner to build comprehensive joint business plans. Collaborate on joint GTM strategies including strategic objectives and target markets/industries. Define joint industry solutions and offerings showcasing Snowflake’s value and differentiation.
