Deal Pricing is a dedicated global function that provides deal pricing expertise, financial insights, and deal support for
negotiated users to Stripe's global Go-to-Market teams. We work to ensure deals create economic value for Stripe by establishing
the deal commercial framework for a scaling sales organization, actively supporting large and strategic deals and providing
pricing insights and feedback to sales, finance, and product leaders. Deal Pricing frequently works with cross-functional business
partners across Operations, Finance and Strategy, and Product. There is constant collaboration with Deal Pricing colleagues across
all regions. AMER Deal Pricing covers teams in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Team members are located in Stripe
offices and remote locations across the region.
You'll be instrumental in providing thought leadership to regional sales teams and senior executives and continuing to develop our
framework, approach, and associated processes in order to achieve mutually beneficial deals with our sold Users while mitigating
risk to Stripe. In addition to providing key financial insights and recommendations to business partners and Stripe leadership,
you'll have a chance to stretch beyond the boundaries of finance through business case development and commercial negotiations
with all types of customers across the full suite of Stripe's financial and payment products.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as a key financial and strategic thought partner to specific EMEA Go-to-Market sales teams and their leadership in both pricing deals at scale and pricing strategic deals. * Manage pricing approvals and escalations. * Implement our pricing and margin guidance and identify levers for commercial uplift. * Help refine frameworks and processes to evaluate deals and manage pricing activities. * Maintain up-to-date pricing benchmarks and contribute to team analytical design and production efforts, using this data to enhance our pricing philosophy. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years of experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, or experience within investment banking or management consulting * A proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners through a combination of influencing and awareness * The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment by driving business results without significant supervision * Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills * Experience using LLMs and AI agents to conduct research, analyses, and automate work PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in the payments or technology sector * Experience with CPQ solutions * Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, preferably to sales or go-to-market business partners

STRATEGIC PRICING PARTNER We’re looking for a Strategic Pricing Partner for the LATAM region to join our Global Commercial Pricing & Monetization team. As a Strategic Pricing Analyst you will work closely with different teams (e.g. sales, account management, product management, and finance) to ensure we set the best possible prices that reflect our premium offering. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to approach complex problems in a structured manner and convert them into action. You will be part of our Global Commercial Pricing & Monetization team (as part of the Finance department) which develops value-based pricing and monetization strategies for Adyen’s product offering and provides price guidance to the commercial organization. In addition, we enable the commercial teams to create the best commercial pricing proposals by providing them with means such as tools, insights and training. Finally, we monitor price developments and identify opportunities for improvement. What you will do: * Develop and implement pricing strategies for local (LATAM) markets, products and payment methods. * Develop and implement monetization strategies for new local products. * Partner with regional leadership to develop and translate pricing insights into actions and decisions. * Partner with key regional stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges, and convert these into new pricing initiatives. * Drive adoption of global pricing tools and solutions within the region, while channeling regional feedback to inform future global developments. * Provide deal pricing support on the region’s most strategic and high-value deals. * Act as the regional pricing expert and serve as the first point of contact for regional pricing questions. * Together with other regional experts, you will collaborate on cross functional initiatives that are important to LATAM. Who you are: * You have relevant experience in (B2B) pricing, preferably in a strategic, consultancy or other analytical role. * You have a strong quantitative and detail-oriented background with excellent analytical and modeling skills. Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Looker is a plus. * You convert data insights into actions and tangible output such as optimized pricing strategies, processes, tools, or trainings. * You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high pace environment where you need to continuously prioritize your work. * You are an effective communicator and can build your own network in a global company. * You have proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from concept through implementation. * Fluent English is a must. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Global Business Services (GBS) team is looking for a Deal Strategist to focus on the closure of custom and standard commercial deals. You'll be responsible for deal lifecycle management and supporting cross-organizational alignment. This role requires a background in driving custom commercial and pricing deals to closure, a strong understanding of private pricing frameworks, as well as experience supporting sales through negotiations. You will have experience with subscription products, pricing strategies, and a background in supporting selling motions. You have strong communication skills.
