Description Position at Glidewell Dental Essential Functions: Provides administrative support such as verifying and/or scheduling
shipping dates, scanning cases, and serving as liaison to other departments. Timely communicates with dental offices to advise
Customers of changes to shipping dates and/or to verify case information via phone or email utilizing established scripts or
templates. Updates case boxes, applicable work order/case tracking system (i.e., DL+), and applicable customer management system
to reflect changes in shipping dates. Creates modeless case pan; coordinates with digital team for model printing. Monitors
production flow and understands effects of production issues on shipping dates; schedules new shipping dates as necessary.
Monitors rush case flow to ensure cases with impending ship dates are completed on time; coordinates with Management and Call
Center staff to ensure completion of rush cases. Informs next work shift team of important production updates, including necessary
management team. Ensures cases contains RX photos; prints RX photos and locates case in order to combine materials if needed.
Utilizes GO Location Scan to keep track of cases location and status on production floor. Prints/reprints prescriptions from work
order/case tracking system as necessary. Timely scans cases to update location tracking as cases move are moved to different
locations. Assigns cases to Dental Technicians through DL Touch. Monitors Outlook email inbox. Performs other related duties and
projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of call center experience. Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Glidewell Laboratories is the industry

Services are provided based on Hosparus Health policies and according to the CNA plan of care (POC). The CNA also participates in the development of policies and procedures that guide the provision of hospice care. Certified Nursing Assistant Position Qualifications: * High school diploma preferred. * CNA certification required in the state hired to work, or an active LPN or RN license. * Valid Driver’s License. * Auto Insurance coverage. * One year home health aide or nursing assistant experience preferred. * Use of technology-based tools, including electronic medical record, strongly preferred.

Solution Architect – Appian Platform As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' unique challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Collaborating closely with the Delivery teams, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and implementing applications that deliver the highest quality experience to our customers using the Appian platform. Responsibilities * Develop an understanding of what drives a customer’s business and what motivates their decision making * Take control of evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations * Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations to customers and lock in the technical win with clients and prospective accounts * Capture requirements and translate Customer’s business needs into innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and capacity * Seek out and spur new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation * Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchanges * Liaise with product and technical marketing to produce materials (i.e. whitepaper, web presentations) that support overall alliance plans and objectives * Stay current with the competition and ensure that materials accurately reflect the latest, differentiated solution positioning * Collaborate with Tech Partners to own the technical win for Appian opportunities across applications, data, and GenAI shaping solution architectures, quantifying value, and delivering tailored demos that advance deals * Engage with client executives to define outcomes and solution approach for cloud-enabled digital transformation, * Lead technical content for proposals and RFPs solution design, estimates, and differentiators integrating Appian with the client's data and tech ecosystems. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with 4+ years experience in Software Development and 3+ years' experience delivering custom solutions with the Appian platform. * Strong command of Appian Architecture - Technical depth to respond to all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs * Recent experience in a modern programming language such as Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, SQL, etc. * Ability to strategically problem solve by thinking outside of the box * Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with customer interaction, requirements analysis, and presentations * Consultative solution-architecture experience in relevant domains with strong presentation skills. * Ability to gain a deep understanding of client challenges and the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear value propositions. Salary Information There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $95,000 to $135,000 subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.
