WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Develop scalable design systems and frameworks for AI-driven products. * Create high-fidelity visual systems that merge brand identity with user experience. * Design motion-based prototypes to establish interaction patterns and system feedback. * Take full ownership of design projects from initial concept through to final delivery. * Work closely with developers to ensure motion and UI details are implemented with precision. * Mentor junior and mid-weight designers to maintain high standards of craft across the team. * Lead client workshops and present design logic to project stakeholders. WHAT YOU BRING: * 5+ years of digital design experience, preferably within an agency. * A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across UI, interaction design, systems design, and digital art direction. * Highly proficient in Figma and experience building comprehensive design frameworks. * Strong motion design skills using After Effects, Lottie, or Figma. * A background in creating digital products that balance aesthetic beauty with functional logic. * Experience creating highly interactive digital experiences with a strong attention to visual detail and execution. * The ability to manage complex projects and meet rigorous deadlines. * Clear communication skills for internal collaboration and client presentations. * Illustration skills are a plus.
