Vad innebär rollen?
Som Executive Search Consultant blir du en nyckelperson i vår tillväxtresa och en central del av vår framgång inom chefsrekrytering. Du kommer att:
Skapa nya affärsmöjligheter och agera rådgivare inom ledarskaps- och rekryteringsfrågor.
Driva executive searchprocesser från start till mål, inklusive nära dialog med både kunder och kandidater.
Bygga och vårda långsiktiga relationer med beslutsfattare och ledare på hög nivå.
Vara en ambassadör för Jurek Executive och bidra till att stärka vårt varumärke på marknaden.
Samarbeta med kollegor för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och resultat, samtidigt som du når dina egna mål.
Vad vi söker hos dig
Vi strävar alltid efter att vara rådgivande, utmanande och relevanta för att skapa en wow-upplevelse hos våra kunder, kandidater, konsulter och kollegor. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:
Minst 10 års erfarenhet som senior rekryteringskonsult, gärna inom Interim Management eller chefsrekrytering.
En entreprenöriell ådra, där du kombinerar ett starkt målfokus med förmågan att bygga hållbara relationer.
En naturlig känsla för affärsutveckling och ett brinnande engagemang för att skapa värde för både kunder och kandidater.
Relevant akademisk examen, exempelvis inom personalvetenskap, beteendevetenskap eller företagsekonomi.

Sales & CS Enablement Create the "Greatest Sales Deck" and ROI frameworks that make the value of PinMeTo obvious. Develop cross-sell and expansion narratives to help CS grow our footprint within existing brands. Lead training sessions for internal teams and pilot customers. Market Intelligence Conduct deep-dive win/loss analysis to understand why we win (and why we don't). Validate Product-Market Fit (PMF) before we scale new features. Be the "Voice of the Market" back to the Product team to influence the roadmap. Who You Are The Strategist: You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, specifically with technical or AI-driven products. The Storyteller: You can take a complex technical feature and turn it into a compelling narrative. Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders. The Executor: You are hands-on. You don't just strategize; you build the decks, the playbooks, and the frameworks .You thrive on autonomy, love turning ambiguity into clarity and ideas into practical systems. The Data-Head: You partner with RevOps to track how product launches impact the bottom line. You have a Data-informed mindset with a bias toward execution. About This Role The Role As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering content for our customers. This is a highly operational, customer-facing role where you work hands-on with content every day and act as a trusted partner to our customers. You will regularly meet with customers, run check-ins, gather input, challenge ideas when needed, and translate business goals into concrete content output. This is not a purely strategic or managerial role; you are expected to execute.
