I rollen som Sales Area Manager ansvarar du för att driva försäljning och affärsutveckling inom dina marknadssegment. Rollen är individuell och affärsdriven, med stort eget mandat.
Det entreprenöriella i rollen handlar inte om bolagsbyggande – utan om din förmåga att identifiera nya behov och användningsområden för Backer Calescos produkter tillsammans med kunder och partners.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Utveckla och genomföra försäljningsstrategier inom något av dina affärssegment
Identifiera och utveckla nya applikationer och användningsområden för Backer Calescos produkter
Skapa, bygga och underhålla internationella kund- och partnernätverk
Driva hela försäljningsprocessen – från behovsanalys till avslut
Utveckla affärer inom både nya och befintliga kunder
Starta och driva projekt med fokus på långsiktig lönsamhet
Planera, boka och genomföra internationella kundbesök samt dokumentera i reserapporter
Representera företaget vid mässor, kundevent och branschsammanhang
Samverka nära teknik, produktion och andra interna funktioner
Uppdatera CRM, försäljningsprognoser och budget
Föreslå kreditgränser och betalningsvillkor samt medverka vid uppföljning av kundfordringar
Följa upp reklamationer och kundnöjdhet
Din bakgrund
Erfarenhet från liknande teknisk försäljnings- eller affärsutvecklingsroll
Gärna akademisk teknisk utbildning inom fysik, kemi, el eller material – alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet
Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av något av dessa områden: Railway, HVAC, Battery, Food och Industry.
God förståelse för företagsekonomi och affärsjuridik
Van användare av Office-paketet och affärssystem/CRM
Flytande i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
Tyska är meriterande

ABOUT THE ROLE As Area Sales Manager, you will take ownership of one of KUKA's most important sales territories, covering the Mälardalen region and northern Sweden.
