As Tech Lead, you'll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of the squad while remaining hands-on in development. You'll also help the team adopt AI-enabled engineering and product development practices responsibly, ensuring AI accelerates delivery while the team maintains ownership, quality, and accountability for the solutions it builds.  We foster a developer-first culture where innovation isn't just encouraged—it's expected. You'll have access to modern AI-powered development tools, participate in hackathons, and collaborate with fellow engineers through internal tech forums where architecture, new technologies, and engineering challenges are openly discussed.
