We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Tech team based at our HQ in Vejle and take ownership of one of the most
important parts of the customer journey: how vehicles are created, prepared, and managed before entering the trade-in flow.
About the role
As Product Manager for Vehicle Creation & Trade-In Experience, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for the very beginning of
the seller journey. Your mission is to make vehicle creation simple, intuitive, and connected while ensuring sellers have the
right information and tools to confidently move through the trade-in process.
You'll work as part of a cross-functional product squad alongside engineers and designers, collaborating closely with commercial
and operational stakeholders across the business. Together, you'll solve real customer problems and build products that
make everyday work easier for thousands of automotive professionals across Europe.

What we're looking for * Experience as a Tech Lead, or similar technical leadership role. * Strong software architecture and system design experience. * Experience building scalable cloud-based (preferably AWS) and distributed systems. * Experience working with .NET and C#, relational and No-SQL databases * Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and operational excellence. * Knowledge of microservices and event-driven systems. * A passion for software craftsmanship and the judgment to make pragmatic technical decisions that balance maintainability, quality, delivery speed, and business value. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. * Experience mentoring and coaching other engineers. * A pragmatic and responsible approach to GenAI, understanding its limitations and risks, and actively establishing guardrails (e.g. reviews, testing, and policies) to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable use in production environments. * Experience working in agile product teams.
