Let’s go!   Your mission At Bitpanda, we’re building the trading and pricing infrastructure that powers investing across crypto, stocks, ETFs, metals, and fiat currencies. In this role, you’ll help design and scale high-performance backend systems in Rust, while using Python for tooling and services that support our broader platform ecosystem. You’ll work on low-latency, event-driven systems that enable fast, reliable, and seamless trading experiences for millions of users. What you’ll do  * Build and scale high-performance backend systems in Rust that power Bitpanda’s trading and pricing infrastructure * Develop microservices and internal tooling using Python across a distributed systems environment * Design clean, reliable, and maintainable solutions within an event-driven architecture * Work on real-time systems handling market data, pricing, hedging, and asset management across multiple asset classes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system scalability, reliability, and performance Who you are * 4+ years of backend engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems * Strong hands-on experience with Rust, plus solid working knowledge of Python * Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures * Familiarity with REST APIs, websockets, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and messaging systems such as Kafka or ZeroMQ * Bonus points if you have experience with AWS, trading platforms, market data systems, or an interest in crypto and financial markets **We offer a comprehensive relocation package to support candidates who are moving to join our team. ENPULSION

JOB OVERVIEW ENPULSION is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer (f/m/x) to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software for our propulsion systems. You will work closely with hardware, systems, and testing teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software aligned with system requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: * Implement, verify and maintain embedded software modules in C/C++ for microcontrollers from requirements following coding standards. * Create and maintain Verification and Validation Plans. * Develop code and setups for unit tests. * Establish and maintain source code documentation (e.g. SDD). * Support system tests with data analysis. * Maintain configuration control of source code and artefacts. * Maintain and support production and testing tools (python). * Perform trouble shooting of failures as well as define and implement corrective actions. Type of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week  Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.727,40 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
