Join the AI revolution. We’re building an all-in-one AI platform to help teams do their best work and automate every routine task you can think of. We’re looking for problem-solvers to turn powerful AI into an easy, no-code tool for teams everywhere.
Not every leadership role is open all the time. But we’re always interested to meet people who can lead teams, ship impactful product, and improve how we work! If you’re a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or another product/engineering leader by any other name who loves ownership, data, and building things that matter, we’d like to stay in touch. Tell us what you’d bring to the team, and we’ll consider you for current and future opportunities. What could you lead Depending on your background, you might: Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery Lead an engineering team: people development, execution, and technical excellence Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams Turn insights and data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes Improve how we work: processes, rituals, tooling, and ways of collaborating You might be a great fit if you Have proven experience in product or engineering leadership roles Are data-driven, comfortable with metrics, and able to prioritize ruthlessly Communicate clearly and work well with designers, engineers, and stakeholders Care about impact, not just output — you focus on solving the right problems Build trust: you give feedback, receive feedback, and help others grow Are comfortable in an environment with autonomy, ownership, and high expectations What's it like working here Focus on impact: fewer pointless meetings, more time for deep work Autonomous teams: clear goals, ownership, and support when you need it No drama, low ego: direct communication, transparency, and collaboration Real customers, real problems: we build to solve meaningful problems, not just ship features Grown-up fun: team gatherings, offsites, and time together that doesn’t feel forced
At Podimo, one of Europe's fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, we're looking for a QA Engineer who takes the initiative, owns quality end-to-end, builds test automation, and treats AI as a force multiplier in everything they ship. THIS IS THE ROLE You’ll join one of our squads, working across backend, Android, and iOS platforms to ship reliable experiences. You’ll deep dive into features and own their quality and end-to-end automation, using AI-assisted testing to keep feedback loops tight and improve coverage. You’ll also contribute to Podimo’s QA community, a strong cross-squad group shaping how the entire engineering organization approaches quality, innovates into tools and practices. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE * Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and analytics from day one: review acceptance criteria, catch gaps early, close the loop fast * Monitor quality dashboards and investigate issues through logs and observability tooling. * Design and maintain E2E test automation across backend, web, Android, and iOS * Build and evolve QA tooling, and help drive how AI is adopted in testing across Podimo * Actively contribute to the QA community by sharing practices and raising standards across teams * Turn real user issues from Customer Care into permanent regression coverage THIS IS YOU We care more about how you think and grow than how many years you’ve worked. You move fast, communicate clearly, and see quality as a product feature, not a phase at the end. * You communicate like an owner: you share early, ask questions, and keep everyone in the loop * You're genuinely curious about AI, new technologies, and quality, and eager to learn and apply fast * You take proactive ownership: you have ideas and drive them end-to-end to completion * You learn fast and apply immediately * You have strong attention to detail EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Hands-on manual testing experience, with a sharp eye for edge cases and user impact * Test automation experience on at least one platform (backend, web, or mobile). You don't need to know all of them; you need to know one well enough to learn the next * Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) to build, test, or automate * Strong communication in English Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio and video content, creators, entertainment and the media industry is a big plus! WHAT WE OFFER * Up to six months of fully paid parental leave for all new parents - no matter your gender and no matter where in the world you live * Participation in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program). You'll own a piece of what we're building * Learning and development budget, including AI tools, courses, and conferences. * Flexible working hours and a hybrid setup * The chance to make an impact at an international company. You'll see your work pay off. * Free daily lunch with great colleagues in the office * Salary 4000-5500 EUR gross, depending on experience in Lithuania THIS IS US Podimo is Europe’s leading podcasting platform, home to award-winning exclusive originals, audiobooks, and podcasts with over 1.2 million subscribers and delivering over 700 curated episodes a month. Offering premium entertainment through a seamless experience, Podimo combines end-to-end production powered by innovative technology and a creator-first model that rewards creators for producing exceptional content that engages and entertains audiences. Through Podimo Studios, we produce, monetise and distribute great stories and shows, either in house or via our four labels, Podads in Denmark, arc.studio in Germany, and Dutch labels Tonny Media and Dag en Nacht Media. This helps us to deliver integrated, high-quality entertainment across multiple markets We’re fiercely passionate about discovering, creating, and obsessing over great stories and the experience our app offers. We help our creators connect directly with their fans, building communities and fandoms to bring their most exciting ideas and stories to life and increase their engagement. We’re a courageous and curious bunch. We recognise the value every individual brings, and respect everyone’s contribution and time. We approach our work with integrity and humility, and believe that we are better together. We have zero time for sharp elbows and big egos. We love what we do, but more importantly, we have a good time doing it. We are building a company and culture that mirrors the diversity of the world we’re living in. This means: diversity of talent, voices, ideas, and thoughts. That goes both for our brand, our content, our creators, and our teams. You are welcome at Podimo for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or what stories you have playing in your headphones.
