WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field. * At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support, Contact Centre, or Shared Services environment. * Experience working with ticketing systems. * Experience supporting customers via phone and/or chat is an advantage. * Comfortable using multiple systems, including CRM platforms and internal databases. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures accurately. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities. * A professional approach to handling confidential information. * Fluency in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
