We’re looking for a highly experienced visual storyteller to craft art direction and to concept industry-leading creative across our global campaigns. As Senior Lead Art Director - Running, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors and Copywriters to deliver impactful concepts and stories across channels. The ideal candidate is an expert conceptual thinker and visual artist with a deep understanding of channel best practices and leadership experience. The Senior Lead Art Director - Running will report to the Head of Creative - Running in the Creative Studio. Your Mission * Partner with Copywriters to concept and execute innovative campaigns across all channels, bringing big ideas to life from briefs big and small. * Confidently and articulately present creative ideas based on strategy and insights. * Deliver concepts, films, OOH, digital and 360 campaigns with obsessive craft on ambitious timelines. * Uphold and evolve On's distinctive visual identity, ensuring it remains fearless and unconventional. * Lead creative in the Run category to success, fostering a sense of bravery and dedication within your team, ensuring they are motivated, inspired, and consistently delivering bold, original and inventive concepts and distinctive visual languages for campaigns and projects. * Manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously, making sound creative decisions independently in a fast-paced environment. * Exemplify leadership in creative, championing the On Spirits, and actively contributing to company culture and events. Your story * A dynamic, experienced art director with 6+ years of experience as a creative championing big ideas on global advertising and/or marketing campaigns, brand side or at an agency. * A passionate visual storyteller with a portfolio spanning film, digital/social, OOH, and disruptive activations. * Deep understanding of global digital user journeys and how to leverage touchpoints to drive meaningful action. * Experience challenging the status quo and navigating complex stakeholder environments to deliver creative and commercial results. * Comfortable leading high-impact initiatives that significantly influence the business and brand trajectory. * You know how to lead and inspire within your team, identify underlying issues and root causes, and seek solutions to problems. * You have a deep love for, and experience in, culture, fashion, and performance sports. As Customer Support Specialist / CSS Agent, you are the first point of contact for Nexxiot's clients and the internal voice of the customer. You combine deep product knowledge with a client-first mindset to ensure our solutions are adopted effectively and deliver lasting value. Your Profile * You have a superior educational background, preferably in the fields of business administration, computer science or engineering for technical project managers * Minimum three years of working experience as a client-facing project manager, ideally in logistics, information technology sector or in other relevant areas * Natural self-starter, keen to take responsibility, proactive and pursuing your targets with passion, ambition and persistence * Strong in conceptual and analytical thinking yet client oriented and very emphatic, able to understand client’s perspective in detail and derive tangible opportunities and business case * Confident in managing stakeholders of all levels and have an intuitive sense for ownership * Solid experience with CRM software, MS Office products and project management tools (ideally Jira & Zoho) * You are fluent in English and have German C1 level *

The team manages in-season performance to ensure targets are met and supports pre-season assortment planning to optimize product and Accounts strategies.
