WHO WE ARE ABOUT BRIDGE We're creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster and cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store, and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world's leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb), and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement. ABOUT THE TEAM Join our Technical Program Management team to build the systems that make global, programmable money trustworthy at scale. At Bridge, we’re not just improving global payments—we’re reinventing how money moves across borders using stablecoins and modern financial infrastructure. This role is about driving execution across complex technical initiatives—bringing structure to ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and helping the team move quickly while maintaining reliability, performance, and operational excellence. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a TPM, you'll play a key role leading complex programs across multiple engineering, product, and cross-functional (finance, legal, compliance, risk, and other) teams spanning Bridge. You'll be an active contributor to the overall strategy of the program, drive technical decision-making, and drive the execution of the program through all phases from planning to delivery. You'll have the opportunity to implement mechanisms that make your programs effective and scale them to Bridge-level processes. RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs and initiatives. * Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features. * Create functional specs, project and release plans, and roadmaps. * Own and execute one or more software engineering programs simultaneously. * Drive product decisions that align with program and company objectives * Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams * Define and scale program processes and frameworks that can be adopted across the org * Mentor TPMs and contribute to building the TPM discipline at Bridge WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, with a consistent track record of shipping products with broad and global customer impact * You have a track record of providing solid program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership throughout. * You're not satisfied with just delivering programs on time—you're discerning about product and infrastructure architecture and can lead technical discussions. You don’t let problems remain ambiguous and directly drive clarity on decision tradeoffs and solutions. * You operate independently and lead efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones. * You have strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience at a fintech or payments company. Track record of driving programs with cross-organizational or company-wide impact — not just team-level delivery. Comfortable working directly with senior engineering and product leadership with limited support. History of building toward durable, long-term solutions, not just shipping on time.

ABOUT THE TEAM Join our Product team to build the systems that make global, programmable money trustworthy at scale. At Bridge, we're not just improving global payments—we're reinventing how money moves across borders using stablecoins and modern financial infrastructure. As a Product Manager for Compliance, you'll own the products and systems that allow Bridge to scale safely across geographies, partners, and transaction volumes. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, compliance, and operations to design customer compliance systems that are fast, adaptive, and deeply embedded in how our platform works. This role is about enabling high-velocity growth with strong controls—using real-time decisioning and thoughtful product design to move fast without cutting corners. WHAT YOU'LL DO RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the core compliance control plane by defining and delivering the unified API and self-service platform that serves as the single source of truth for all large-scale, ongoing compliance program execution * Drive operational autonomy and safety by leading the strategic shift to enable non-engineering teams to autonomously manage global compliance programs end-to-end, building in guardrails and intelligence to eliminate operational errors and achieve zero unintended business disruptions * Maximize engineering and data leverage by ensuring the platform's architecture and data model are highly accurate and extensible, shifting the engineering focus from manual execution and data cleanup to platform innovation and automation across all operational workflows WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 8+ years in Product Management, specifically in shipping large-scale, complex, and technical platform or infrastructure products * Proven experience leading ambitious, ambiguous 0-to-1 projects that require significant cross-functional alignment and organizational change * Deep understanding of API design and data modeling principles, with a track record of building reusable, high-leverage components * Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills to negotiate timelines and align roadmaps across multiple organizations * Data-driven approach to product management, with experience defining and tracking metrics related to operational efficiency, platform health, and system accuracy PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience building internal tooling or "platform-as-a-service" offerings that successfully centralize and automate decentralized operational workflows * Background working on regulated products that utilize machine learning or AI to automate complex decision-making processes or generate optimized operational plans
