We are a company of dedicated, friendly and highly competent people that together have redefined what Qliro and payments can be. We are now on a journey of scaling our business both here in Sweden and the Nordics. WHAT YOUR TEAMS ARE DOING: We are seeking a Product Designer to join our design team, working closely with two of our product teams: Checkout Experience and Web & App. As a Product Designer at Qliro you own the full design cycle — research, prototyping, and crafting engaging, intuitive experiences — across the products these two teams build. You work side by side with Product Managers and engineers in both teams to drive the design forward based on research and data, and you help shape our shared design framework together with the rest of the design team. • Checkout Experience owns the checkout flow for our merchants’ customers, building the best e-commerce checkout and payment widgets. A self-organised, autonomous team with full ownership of features from discovery all the way to operating them in production — fullstack, with most of its focus on the front end. At Qliro we expect everyone to actively embrace AI in their craft • Help define our design framework and ways of working together with the other designers in the design team • Help grow an insight-driven design and product culture at Qliro WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM You are a talented Product Designer with a creative mindset on how to solve tasks efficiently. We're building the data stack for Physical AI. The Rerun SDK viewer is loved by some of the best robotics and spatial AI teams in the world, and Rerun Hub is live in private preview managing petabytes of data. Demand is strong and we need a sharp, high agency operator to own the high leverage work that turns demand into a business. This is a generalist role at its core and you'll spend most of your time on go-to-market and business operations, but the real job is spotting what's broken or missing and fixing it before anyone asks. This is a true build and ship role. If you like owning messy, ambiguous problems end to end and seeing your work in the numbers, you'll do well here. We have a strong preference for this person to be based in Stockholm. It's where our founders are based, so you'd get lots of in-person time with them. What you'll work on * Getting things done: Collaborate with the founders to set priorities and then go make them happen. The scope of this role will keep changing as the company grows. * Go-to-market execution: Keep our sales ops running cleanly, support founder-led sales into top Physical AI companies, and support our marketing efforts across socials and at industry events. * Business operations: Help us spend wisely through budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and build the lightweight systems and processes a fast-growing company needs. * Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress. * Market intelligence: Stay on top of a fast-moving industry and turn research into decisions the team can act on. Who you are * Required: 3-5 years across fast-paced, high-impact environments such as an early-stage startup in a GTM, Sales ops, growth, or BizOps role. Bonus points: a technical or engineering degree, sharpened in consulting, then put to work building in startup life. It's not required, but it's the shape of person who tends to thrive here. * A bias for action. You'd rather ship something and iterate alongside, than wait for the perfect plan. * Comfortable in ambiguity. You take a vague problem, scope it, and own it to completion without being managed. * A natural at stakeholder management and communication; you can write a crisp investor update and chase a sales contract in the same afternoon. * Technically fluent enough to be credible with a deeply technical team and our physical AI customers. An engineering or technical background is a strong plus. How we work at Rerun * We're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. * We meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter * The team you'll join has members in European and US-east timezones * Everyone is available for synchronous work between 1:30–5:00pm CET. Given our current team distribution, candidates outside of Europe or the US will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure there’s enough overlap for effective collaboration. * We've put together an uncommonly talented tech team, value agency and helpfulness highly, and expect everyone to take broad responsibility for what they build * We offer competitive cash and equity compensation, six weeks paid vacation, and whatever hardware and software you need to do your job
