Vi söker en engagerad projektledare som vill leda ett utvecklingsprojekt med fokus på att identifiera och utveckla hållbara nätverk, affärsmodeller och affärsmetoder för kulturarvsplatser och kulturarvsaktörer. Projektet syftar till att skapa förutsättningar för ett starkare, mer hållbart och ekonomiskt livskraftigt kulturarv genom nya arbetssätt, samverkan och affärsutveckling. Om uppdraget Som projektledare har du det övergripande ansvaret för att planera, genomföra och driva projektet mot uppsatta mål. Du kommer att arbeta nära projektets partners, bygga nätverk med relevanta aktörer och vara projektets ansikte utåt. Uppdraget innebär både strategiskt och operativt arbete. Du behöver kunna omsätta idéer till handling, skapa engagemang och säkerställa att projektet levererar konkreta resultat. As part of our international expansion, Northmill is entering the German market, and this role will be one of the first key hires in that journey. You will play a central role in building and optimizing our credit strategy in Germany, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth from the very start.
