Gislaveds Socialförvaltning söker socialsekreterare till Enheten för myndighet, barn och familj, då två av våra utredare går vidare till nya utmaningar inom förvaltningen. Arbetsuppgifter Enheten för myndighet, barn och familj söker socialsekreterare för arbete med barn och unga upp till 21 år och deras föräldrar. Som socialsekreterare kommer du att utreda barn och ungas situation och behov av stöd, besluta samt följa upp beslutade insatser. Gillar du att vara ”spindeln i nätet” är detta ett jobb för dig. Arbetet utgår från både SoL och LVU. Verksamheten leds av gruppledare och enhetschef. Vi arbetar enligt BBIC (barns behov i centrum) och målet är att bedriva ett kvalitativt gott socialt arbete byggt på kunskap, kontinuitet, delaktighet och helhetssyn. Vi kan erbjuda utmanande och utvecklande arbetsuppgifter inom ramen för en stödjande kultur. Enheten består av enhetschef, 3 gruppledare samt 25 socialsekreterare, varav 7 socialsekreterare och 1 gruppledare är inom familjehemsvården fördelat på 3 familjehemssekreterare och 5 barnsekreterare. För att skapa arbetsglädje och god kvalitet i arbetet samt en bra arbetsmiljö arbetar du tillsammans med kollegor som har en bred kompetens och som gärna hjälper varandra. Kvalifikationer Du är utbildad socionom eller annan utbildning som bedöms likvärdig för myndighetsutövande arbete avseende barn och unga. Meriterande är det om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med myndighetsutövning inom målgruppen barn och ungdom. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga och kan uttrycka dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift. Du har förmågan att analysera komplexa problem, se sakers långsiktiga betydelse och vidare konsekvenser samt anpassar dina handlingar därefter. Du ser möjligheter i förändringar och bidrar med nya idéer och nya angreppssätt i arbetsrelaterade frågor. Du ser verksamheten i ett helhetsperspektiv, kan koppla ihop helhet och delar, framtid och nutid. Vi vill att du kan ta initiativ, sätta igång aktiviteter och uppnå resultat.
