Do you thrive in collaborative teams and want your work to shape what players experience every day? As a Backend Developer at Snowprint, you’ll build the backend systems, infrastructure, and tools that power our games. You’ll work closely with your fellow developers, designers, and other disciplines to create stable, scalable solutions, always with the player experience in mind. At Snowprint Studios, we believe that kindness, collaboration, curiosity, and self-leadership are what make great games possible. We work in small, cross-disciplinary teams where people are trusted to take ownership, share ideas openly, and continuously improve how we build games together. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You'll bring new game features to life while also supporting the systems, tooling, and infrastructure behind them. The role combines feature development with live operations, giving you the opportunity to work on both player-facing functionality and the technical foundations that keep the game running. You'll take ownership of the technical areas you work on, from planning and implementation to testing and live operations. A normal week might include feature development, playtests, troubleshooting production issues, discussing technical approaches with the team, and improving systems to support future needs as the game evolves. You’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues to shape technical solutions that work well for both the game and the people building it. IS THIS YOU? You’re an experienced backend developer who is fluent in Kotlin and/or Java. You’ve worked with live backend services before (ideally gaming), and you’re comfortable operating cloud infrastructure (We use AWS). You know how to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and enjoy the mix of bug-fixing, fine-tuning, and forward-planning that comes with live operations. You communicate clearly, ask questions, and enjoy working through problems with your colleagues. You’re self-directed but collaborative, happy to own your part of a feature while staying connected to the bigger picture. You care about the player experience, and you bring that mindset into technical discussions. WHERE YOU’LL WORK Our Stockholm studio is located in Södermalm, and we work in a hybrid setup. We work from the office on Tuesdays and Fridays to support collaboration and social interaction, while other days offer flexibility depending on where you work best. We provide the setup and tools you need to work comfortably both at home and in the studio. CONNECT THE SYSTEMS & BUILD THE STANDARD. The hardest part of integrations isn't writing the code. It's making sure it holds up long after launch, and that the next integration doesn't take as long to build. At Simployer, our API & Integrations team builds the standard integrations that connect our platform to the external systems our customers already use: ATS, CRM, Payroll and Time Reporting. As we expand into new markets, the goal is to continue building standard integrations that are self-served: customers set up and manage these connections themselves, and each new integration is faster to build and easier to reuse. Simployer is also at the forefront of AI, and it shows in how we work day to day. We use AI development tools daily, not just as chat assistants but built into our coding workflows, and we experiment constantly through hackathons and internal tools we build to solve our own problems. Our team also owns Simployer's public MCP built on top of our public API, part of how integration is expanding to include AI agents, not just traditional systems. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR MISSION Build integrations that customers can set up themselves and trust to sync their data accurately across systems. Reliable enough that they hold up as we scale, standard enough that each new connection is faster to build than the last. You will take ownership of real integration work: building and maintaining integrations to the external systems customers depend on, ATS, CRM, and payroll among them, and standardizing the patterns behind them so integration becomes repeatable rather than bespoke. You will also extend the public API that partners and third-party vendors build on, helping grow the ecosystem around Simployer's data. You will at times work closely with other product teams at Simployer, those responsible for the Absence, Compensation, and Core domains, along with the customer support and professional onboarding teams that help our customers succeed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF… * You have real experience across more than one tech stack and can go deep in whichever one the work calls for. Our platform runs on Java and Spring Boot today, alongside inherited integrations in the Node.js ecosystem you'll help maintain, and picking up new languages and frameworks doesn't slow you down * Working across the frontend (React), backend (Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript), and database (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) feels natural * You have built or worked with REST APIs and understand what makes an integration reliable versus fragile * Integration patterns and external systems aren't new to you * You have worked with external systems with unreliable or missing documentation and found a way through * AI development tools are already part of your daily work, or personal projects you can walk us through, real and current, not something you're planning to start * You enjoy working through challenges with other teams, and can explain an integration issue just as clearly to a developer as to an HR person who has never opened an API doc Tech you'll be working with: Java 21+, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Node.js, Apache Camel, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and cloud (Azure and GCP). This is a mid/senior level role, but if you feel it's a good fit, strong integration experience carries more weight than total years, go ahead and apply! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Message from our Hiring team: "Hi, I am Alisha, Engineering Manager for the API & Integrations team. I have been working with integrations at Simployer for the past three years, and I see integrations as a crucial part of how we connect our platform with the systems our customers rely on. What I value most about working at Simployer is the combination of ambition, expertise, and the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. It is a place where you get real opportunities to grow. I am looking for someone with a strong background in integrations who wants to take ownership of how Simployer connects with external systems. In this role, you will build new integrations, improve the experience for our users and customers, maintain existing solutions, and make thoughtful technical decisions along the way. We actively embrace AI tools in our development workflow and are looking for someone who is excited to work in that way as well. As your manager, my goal is to support your growth while giving you the autonomy to do your best work, with guidance whenever you need it. If this sounds like the kind of work you enjoy, I would love to hear from you." We can't wait to meet you!
THE STORY With AI tools accelerating how software is built, code is being shipped faster than ever before. This acceleration comes with a major catch, being architectural and security risks are accumulating just as fast. That’s where Oplane, a Malmö based tech startup comes in. They are on a mission to make secure software the default for teams building at AI speed. Instead of patching things up afterwards, they embed security by design directly into the agentic workflow, running automated threat modeling and delivering real time, inline fixes straight into modern developer tools. A recent $5.2 million seed round led by Seed Capital and Icebreaker vc, with backing from prominent tech investors from the Neo4j and Google ecosystems, is the direct driver behind expanding the engineering team right now. THE WAY THEY BUILD Agentic coding with Claude Code and Cursor is not a weekend experiment here, it is the core of how they ship software. The code is explicitly structured to optimize AI development, producing clear, modular architecture that both humans and AI agents can safely navigate and evolve. YOUR MISSION & IMPACT As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will step in at a crucial early stage to design, build, and own the user facing experiences of the AI security platform. The job is to turn complex data (asset graphs, threat modeling engines, and AI agent flows) into highly responsive, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces that developers actually love to use. What you will actually spend your days doing: * Frontend Architecture: Drive, scale, and own the frontend applications using React and TypeScript. * Bridge the Layers: Connect sleek, intuitive UIs with the Python/FastAPI backends and complex, AI driven asynchronous service layers. * Lead the AI Workflow: Work actively with Claude Code and Cursor as part of your daily routine. You will guide the AI to generate modern components, while you act as the main architect, reviewer, and owner of the final codebase. * Clean Code Design: Write modular, predictable frontend structures that make it easy for both human team members and AI agents to expand upon. WHO YOU ARE You are a frontend craftsman who thrives in the dynamic environment of an early stage startup, bringing the autonomy and technical ownership needed to build things from the ground up. What you bring to the table: * Deep Frontend Craftsmanship: A bulletproof track record in modern frontend development, with specialized expertise in React and TypeScript. * An Eye for UI/UX & Performance: A genuine interest in state management, frontend performance, and building developer centric interfaces that feel instantly responsive. * The AI First Mindset: Great enthusiasm for agentic development. You look forward to leveraging AI tools to write the first drafts, focusing your brainpower on reviewing, validating, and structuring the overarching architecture. * Work Authorization: Full eligibility to work in Sweden. Bonus points if you have experience with other modern frameworks (like Angular), Python based backends, GraphQL, or if you have previously built developer tools and complex SaaS dashboards. THE SETUP * The Team: You will join a sharp, technical team of founders and engineers who move fast, collaborate closely, and are deeply passionate about technology. * The Vibe: High bandwidth, real life collaboration is key here. This is a 100% onsite role at Oplane's office in central Malmö, where the team works closely to maximize execution and speed. READY TO BUILD THE FUTURE OF AI SECURITY? Apply right now, or reach out to us at Qlose if you want to know more about the team and the journey ahead.

Koenigsegg Megacars are defined as much by their software and electronics as by their carbon fibre, design and outright performance. Every gearshift, every driver input, every over-the-air update and every safety system runs through code and electronics built in-house, at extreme performance limits, with safety and first principles at heart. Full stack - total vertical integration. We are looking for a Head of Business Unit to lead Software & Electronics / Electrical Engineering (SWEEET), the team responsible for that entire domain: E/E architecture, low-voltage electronics, electrical harness and lighting, platform and application software, infotainment, connected services and cloud, and the functional safety that underwrites all of it. This is not a caretaker role. You will lead an organization that is simultaneously supporting cars already in customers' hands, industrializing new model programs, and building the release and OTA infrastructure needed to do both at a growing scale - all while every line of code and every wiring decision has to survive a production Megacar environment: extreme heat and cold, extreme electrical loads, and zero tolerance for failure. What you will do Own the strategy, budget and organizational design for SWEEET, and make the trade-off calls between technical ambition and delivery reality across every active vehicle program. Drive cross-functional delivery with vehicle programs, manufacturing and supply chain, so E/E and software commitments hold up against hardware and production timelines, not just internal ones. Mature the software release process: build on the existing multi-gate release train, push further automation of build, packaging and OTA delivery, and reduce manual, per-vehicle dependency as fleet volume grows. Oversee E/E architecture and systems engineering, including electrical architecture decisions for hybrid and high-current systems, low-voltage electronics, harness and lighting design, and platform and application software. Hold the line on functional safety and compliance across internal ECUs and vehicle systems and keep homologation moving across EU and US markets without letting it become a bottleneck. Build, develop and retain high-performing engineering teams across embedded, infotainment, platform and connected services disciplines, in a talent market where this exact combination of experience is scarce. Report progress, risk, and key technical and organizational decisions directly to executive management. Who you are You have led automotive software, electronics or systems engineering teams end to end - ideally through both program delivery and organizational scaling, not just one or the other. You understand E/E architecture and embedded software well enough to challenge your own engineers' decisions, not just approve them. Direct experience with vehicle software release processes, OTA / connected-vehicle systems, or functional safety (ISO 26262 or equivalent) is a strong advantage. You have owned a P&L or business unit budget before and are as comfortable in the commercial and analytical conversation as in the technical one. You have operated in a low-volume, high-complexity environment - motorsport, hypercar, aerospace or similar, or you can make a strong case for why your background transfers. You can hold a technical argument with your engineers and a commercial argument with executive management in the same week, and you know which conversation you are in. A degree in engineering, business administration or a related field, or equivalent depth gained on the job. Koenigsegg is most known for building some of the fastest cars in the world; with almost all of our megacar technologies that are patented and made in-house by our almost 750 world-class technicians, engineers, sourcing experts, production craftsmen, and communicators. What we’ve created is a unique proving ground of engineering creativity that makes use of our breakthrough megacar development and legacy to push the boundaries of sustainable mobility technology. So, what’s next? We are on a universe-denting mission to develop the next generation of breakthrough tech and products. We are looking for outstanding, impactful, and authentic individuals to grow with us. Our ambitions are inspiring but will push the limits of what is possible – requiring one to work efficiently amid our cross-functional teams to execute at high-quality levels. The goal is clear: innovate and transform.
