Du kommer vara en del av medicinsk administration som är organiserade under administrativa enheten där administrativa resurser, medicinska sekreterare och materialteam finns samlat. Inom medicinsk administration arbetar vi tillsammans och gränsöverskridande över sjukhusets verksamhetsområden; kirurgi, medicin och akutvård. Ditt uppdrag Som medicinsk sekreterare hos oss har du en viktig roll där du och övriga i sekreterargruppen stöttar alla enheter inom lasarettet med olika administrativa uppgifter. Huvuduppdraget är journalskrivning för både öppen- och slutenvård, diagnoskodning och DRG-registrering, registerhantering samt remiss- och posthantering. Vi arbetar i IT-systemen Cosmic och Orbit. I tjänsten ingår helgtjänstgöring var 4:e helg. Taligenkänning och AI kan komma att påverka arbetsuppgifterna i framtiden. Dina kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är utbildad medicinsk sekreterare/ medicinsk vårdadministratör. Du har goda kunskaper i det svenska språket i både skrift och tal. Erfarenhet av diagnoskodning och kunskaper i våra arbetsverktyg Cosmic, Orbit och Office-paketet är meriterande. JOB DESCRIPTION As a Computational Biology Scientist, you will play a key role in driving data analysis workflows for customer and internal validation projects. You will take ownership of project design, biological interpretation, and stakeholder communication, working closely with wet-lab scientists, the Applications Team Lead, and R&D to ensure high-quality, reliable data insights. Key responsibilities: Design and interpret analysis strategies to support application development and pilot studies. Execute image preprocessing, cell segmentation, and spatial metrics extraction using established pipelines. Compile and visualize results into standardized reports for internal use and customer delivery. Collaborate on refining methods, troubleshooting, and prototyping new analysis metrics. Ensure data traceability and compliance with Moleculent's data packaging standards.  QUALIFICATIONS To fit this role well, you should hold an MSc or PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, image analysis, spatial omics, or a related field. It’s a strong advantage if you have done a postdoc in a relevant field. Fluency in both written and spoken English, along with strong computer skills, is essential. Experience in clearly and effectively presenting data—both in writing and in oral presentations—is a key requirement. Proficiency in Python and spatial single-cell analysis, with the ability to design, execute, and interpret analysis workflows for complex datasets. A solid understanding of immunology is important, as our data closely relates to immune cell populations, marker panels, and tissue-based immune profiling. Experience working directly with customers—whether through pilot studies, fee-for-service delivery, or technical support—is highly valued in this role. Experience working across R&D, product, and commercial functions is a plus. JOB DESCRIPTION As a Lab Technician, Applications and Fee-for-Service at Moleculent, you will play an important role in supporting customer projects and internal application development studies. Working primarily in the laboratory, you will be responsible for sample handling, assay execution, quality control, and laboratory operations to ensure reliable, reproducible, high-quality data. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility for independently managing Fee-for-service project workflows and supporting the scale-up of our service operations. Key responsibilities: Prepare for experiments by organizing workspaces, confirming sample lists, and ensuring required consumables and equipment are available. Receive, handle, track, label, and store FFPE tissue samples according to established SOPs. Perform experimental workflows using prepared assay kits and standardized protocols. Execute tissue staining and multiplex in situ assay workflows under established procedures. Perform assay quality control checks and review imaging results for completeness and consistency. Accurately document experimental procedures, reagents, conditions, and results to ensure full traceability. Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to workflow optimization together with Applications and R&D teams. Maintain laboratory readiness through equipment upkeep, reagent inventory management, and general lab organization. Contribute to the expansion and standardization of Fee-for-Service operations . QUALIFICATIONS To fit the role, you hold a BSc in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related life sciences field. Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered. Fluent written and spoken English is required. You have experience working in a molecular biology, histology, or related laboratory environment. Experience with FFPE sample handling, immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), or similar workflows is highly valuable. You are comfortable working according to structured SOPs and understand the importance of quality documentation and reproducible laboratory processes. Technical skills: Hands-on experience with tissue preparation, staining, microscopy, and reagent preparation. Familiarity with laboratory imaging systems and basic image data handling. Experience with quality control procedures and experimental documentation. Knowledge of laboratory organization, equipment maintenance, and chemical safety practices. Ability to follow version-controlled protocols and standardized workflows. As a person, you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
