ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som fastighetssamordnare arbetar du nära de olika kommunala verksamheterna, din roll är en stödfunktion för verksamheterna i deras lokalbehov, fastighets- och hyresrättsliga frågor samt eventuella ombyggnationer/verksamhetsanpassningar. Du kommer ha en roll där du får kombinera administration, service och samordning. Du har ett nära samarbete med det kommunala fastighetsbolaget och ditt arbete kommer i huvudsak utföras på operativ nivå men delvis även på strategisk nivå. Inom fastighetskontoret på Samhällsbyggnad kommer du arbeta tillsammans med vår fastighetsstrateg. Strategen har också nära kontakter med kommunens verksamheter och fastighetsbolaget men på en mer tydlig strategisk nivå. Samarbetet mellan samordnare och strateg är viktigt för att skapa välförankrade strategiska planer och ett operativt utförande i linje med planerna. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har akademisk utbildning inom exempelvis fastighetsekonomi, fastighetsförvaltning eller byggnadsingenjör. Du har dessutom erfarenhet från likvärdigt arbete, så som strateg, förvaltare, lokalplanerare eller projektledare, gärna i kombination med utförande av fastighetsekonomiska analyser och bedömningar. För att lyckas i rollen krävs det grundläggande kunskaper inom byggnadsteknik. Du är administrativt skicklig och van att arbeta i olika digitala system.
