Din arbetsplats Laromottagningen är en av psykiatriska öppenvårdens submottagningar. Här arbetar engagerade sjuksköterskor, läkare, kurator, vård- och stödsamordnare, vårdadministratör och enhetschef tillsammans i team för att skapa en god vård och en bra arbetsmiljö. Den läkemedelsassisterade behandlingen vid opioidberoende (LARO) har som uppdrag att utreda och behandla personer i Värmlands län som har mer än ett års dokumenterat beroende av opioider samt arbetar även konsultativt. Mottagningarna är lokaliserade i ändamålsenliga lokaler i Psykiatrihuset vid Centralsjukhuset i Karlstad. Laromottagningen är en välfungerande enhet med kompetent personal som brinner för uppdraget. WHAT YOU BRING * Demonstrated multi-year successful sales experience, ideally gained in the SaaS, technology or healthcare sector. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences. * Prior experience driving and / or contributing to public tender processes would be highly beneficial in this role. * A high level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment. * Native level in Swedish and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. * Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation. BONUS POINTS * Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms. * Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software. * A completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification. * Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets.
