Du kommer att ansvara för servicen till dina kunder inom ett visst geografiskt område och höra till vårt kontor i Spånga. Men vi jobbar över hela Stor-Stockholm. Som växttekniker arbetar du utifrån en grundplanering som du själv är med och sätter upp med stöttning från din närmaste arbetsledare och en stor del av arbetstiden är du ensam representant för Ambius ute i våra kunders miljöer. Upplärning/utbildning sker internt. För arbetet önskar vi att du har ett stort intresse för växter och gärna tidigare erfarenhet. Tjänsten är på deltid eller heltid, 40 timmar per vecka, med arbetstid kl. 07:00–16:00. Lön enligt kollektivavtal. Du kommer att få tillgång till en företagsbil (servicebil) som används i tjänsten. Vi ser att du är en person som är serviceminded och brinner för service till våra kunder då interaktion med våra kunder är en naturlig del av vår service. Du ska också ha ett genuint intresse för växter och inredning. Du är en naturlig problemlösare och gillar att självständigt planera dina dagar. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av service, gärna från tidigare arbeten inom exempelvis hotell, restaurang eller som receptionist. Vi lägger stor vikt vid din förmåga att skapa förtroende hos våra kunder. Du är representativ, energisk, glad och utåtriktad gentemot både kollegor och kunder. En del av arbetsuppgifterna kan vara fysiskt krävande och det är därför viktigt att du är vid god fysisk hälsa. Då du kommer exponeras för damm, pollen och kvalster så är de inte heller en lämplig arbetsplats för en allergiker. You’ll be able to use your experience in the industry and attention to detail to book and coordinate our shipments from the moment the crate is completed in our warehouse through to the final delivery to the client.   You will be part of our Freight team of 6-8 Freight coordinators based near the airport at Heathrow, reporting to the Freight Team Manager. We are looking for team-members who are strong in problem-solving and processes to help build out our innovative shipping offer in the art world!     ✏️ What you'll do:   - Coordinate export (90%) and import (10%) shipments from the UK, in good time and within budget, and working across different freight methods (airfreight, roadfreight, and courier) - Prepare all documentation required for the shipments to go smoothly through customs (including AWBs, T1s, POAs, CBP, Security Declarations, Art Declarations, Lacey Acts) - Manage the export customs declarations for your shipments (from free circulation, bond and temporary admission) in eCustoms via CDS, taking care to use the correct tariff codes and CPCs - Provide customer service support to the individuals importing your shipments overseas, offering advice to them on how to complete required customs documents - Manage any overseas agents we work with to complete the shipment, such as white glove partners - Monitor our orders with reports on our internal systems, providing updates to the system - Troubleshoot and remove roadblocks, solve complex freight situations - Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team - Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams     🧑‍🎨 Your profile:   - You have 5+ years of experience handling courier (DHL/Fedex or similar) shipments and air cargo shipments (booking with the airline) - You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills - You are comfortable working in a shifting environment and know how to prioritise your tasks autonomously.
