Anpassad grundskola är lokalintegrerade på Nibbleskolan. På anpassad grundskola har vi elever som läser ämnesområden och ämnen i årskurserna 1- 9. Vi har fyra klasser i vår verksamhet och en fritidsavdelning, även den är lokalintegrerad på Nibbleskolan. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som lärare i fritidshemmet kommer du även att arbeta i klass under skoltiden. Du kommer att tillsammans med kollegor leda och driva fritidshemmet framåt utifrån kursplanen för fritidshemmet. I Hallstahammars kommun har vi två övergripande arbetsgrupper inom utveckling och administration för att öka likvärdigheten inom fritidshemmet i Hallstahammar. Vi arbetar aktivt med att öka samarbetet mellan Nibbleskolans två fritidsverksamheter, fritids för grundskola och fritids för Anpassad grundskola.  Anpassad grundskola bedriver ett aktivt elevhälsoarbete där vårt elevhälsoteam med specialpedagoger, logoped, psykolog, kurator, skolsköterska och rektor handleder personalen i det dagliga arbetet. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker en legitimerad lärare i fritidshemmet med ett intresse för att driva fritidshemmet framåt. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att arbeta med elever på Anpassad grundskola och fritidshemmet. En stor del av ditt dagliga arbete är att vara den förlängda armen mellan specialläraren och eleverna i undervisningen på skoltid. Du bör även kunna delta i elevernas simundervisning aktivt. Vi ser en medarbetare som ser möjligheter och vill ge våra elever erfarenheter och kunskaper om fritidsaktiviteter och i samhällets närområde.
