Till Polismyndighetens IT-avdelning söker vi en uppdragsledare med teknisk kompetens inom låsteknik. Hos oss får du bidra till att öka tryggheten och minska brottsligheten i Sverige, tillsammans med 1 400 engagerade kollegor. Arbetsbeskrivning Som uppdragsledare driver du projekt för nyetableringar och större ombyggnationer inom låsområdet. Rollen innebär allt från strategisk utveckling och standardisering till mer operativ uppföljning av entreprenader. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden kommer att vara: • Uppdragsledning av mer och mindre komplexa installationer och entreprenader • Samordning av lås i hela ekosystem (lås, brand, larm, utrymning) • Upprättande av låsscheman och hantering av beställningar • Felsökning, uppföljning och vidareutveckling av låsteknik i regionerna • Nätverkande och ledning av möten och forum Resor och viss beredskap förekommer. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom låsteknik eller motsvarande erfarenhet • Minst två års erfarenhet av projektledning inom låsinstallationer och entreprenader (förvärvad erfarenhet som Polismyndigheten bedömer som likvärdig) • Vana att upprätta låsscheman • God vana av låsteknik i ekosystem med brand/larm/passersystem samt kunskap om tillgänglighet och utrymning • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska (tal och skrift) • B-körkort och svenskt medborgarskap Meriterande erfarenhet • Kravställning och standardisering inom låsteknik • Kundrelationer och offentlig upphandling • Erfarenhet från statlig verksamhet eller annan reglerad verksamhet Personliga egenskaper: Du är driven, ordningsam och har ett stort teknikintresse.
