Som stödassistent inom daglig verksamhet arbetar du i det deltagarnära arbetet där du vägleder och stöttar våra deltagare genom hela arbetsdagen. Arbetet innefattar att använda verksamhetens förhållningssätt och metoder samt att dokumentera enligt gällande rutiner för social dokumentation. I uppdraget ingår att stödja deltagarna i det dagliga arbetet och att arbeta mot både kortsiktiga och långsiktiga mål utifrån deltagarnas och arbetsgruppens behov. Du deltar i interna metodmöten och bidrar till att gemensamma överenskommelser och arbetssätt följs. AKK och lågaffektivt bemötande är viktiga verktyg som används i det dagliga arbetet. Du kommer vara en nyckelperson i att leda Partilles dagliga Verksamhets digitala resa. Du ansvarar för att tänket ”digitalt först” genomsyrar verksamheten och tillsammans med verksamhetens digitala ombud ansvarar du för att befintliga och nya system blir självklara hjälpmedel under arbetsdagen. I det deltagarnära arbetet leder du främst Mediagruppen och tillhörande tidningsredaktion, filmgrupp samt vår kommande podd men även andra arbetsuppgifter inom verksamhetens olika enheter kan förekomma Vi erbjuder dig ett meningsfullt arbete där du gör det möjligt för våra deltagare att vara kreativa och utvecklas i sin egen takt. Vi utgår från individens genomförandeplan, en plan för den beviljade insatsen där individen själv styr innehållet. Du har kunskap och erfarenhet kring att arbeta med AKK, alternativ kompletterande kommunikation, inklusive tecken som stöd och lågaffektivt bemötande. Du ska vara väl bekant med dokumentationskraven inom vårt område. Vi ser gärna att du har god datorvana, goda kunskaper i Officepaketet, Treserva eller annat journalsystem.
