Om rollen Som arbetsterapeut hos oss får du en varierad och utvecklande roll där du främst arbetar på vår kirurgi- och thoraxavdelning. Vid behov bidrar du även på våra neurologiska och ortopediska avdelningar. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med ett interdisciplinärt team bestående av fysioterapeuter, arbetsterapeuter, logoped, kurator, läkare, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor samt rehabiliteringsassistenter för att gemensamt planera och genomföra individuella bedömningar, rehabiliteringsplaner och träningsinsatser. Du ansvarar för att bedöma patientens ADL- och funktionsförmåga, planera individuella rehabiliteringsinsatser och skapa bästa möjliga förutsättningar för återhämtning och självständighet. Arbetet omfattar både individuella insatser och gruppträning samt planering inför utskrivning i nära samverkan med teamet, patient, närstående och externa vårdaktörer. I rollen ingår även: Förskrivning av hjälpmedel Social planering och samordning inför utskrivning, främst i LifeCare Kontakt med externa vårdgivare och myndigheter Dokumentation i TakeCare Intygsskrivning och övrig administration kopplad till rehabiliteringsprocessen Vem är du?
