Dina arbetsuppgifter Som stödpedagog på Grindgatans gruppbostad har du en viktig roll i att utveckla verksamhetens pedagogiska arbetssätt. Du arbetar både i det dagliga stödet till brukarna och med att stötta arbetsgruppen i det pedagogiska arbetet. Du bidrar till att skapa struktur och tydlighet i vardagen, utveckla gemensamma arbetssätt och säkerställa att dokumentation och genomförandeplaner håller god kvalitet. En viktig del av uppdraget är också att handleda och stötta kollegor samt bidra till reflektion och utveckling i arbetsgruppen. Brukarna har bott ihop under många år och har en fin gemenskap där aktiviteter och social samvaro är en naturlig del av vardagen. Här får du följa med på allt från biblioteksbesök och frisörbesök till andra aktiviteter som bidrar till en meningsfull tillvaro. Verksamheten befinner sig i en utvecklingsfas där vi tillsammans bygger upp nya rutiner och arbetssätt. Du blir en viktig del i det arbetet och får möjlighet att påverka verksamhetens utveckling tillsammans med en erfaren arbetsgrupp och verksamhetschef. Arbetstiden är förlagd till dag, kväll, helg och sovande jour. About the research project The Energy Technology and Policy group (http://www.entap.net/) is recruiting up to 2 postdoctoral researchers on technology foresight for policy-driven low-carbon technologies. The postdoctoral position will focus on developing data-driven approaches for probabilistic modelling of new technologies, both established technologies like solar and wind as well as emerging technologies like hydrogen. About the role You will teach, develop and lead courses primarily at master’s level. Teaching at other levels may be included. You will teach in the area of intellectual property (IP), with two main focus areas: a) management and strategy of IP in technology-based innovation and b) generation, development, analysis, and management of IP within early-stage entrepreneurial venturing processes. The teaching aims to equip students with knowledge, methods and analytical tools to understand how IP can be identified, packaged, scoped, protected, managed and used strategically in different organizational contexts and venturing processes. The content includes basic knowledge of different forms of IP rights, as well as more advanced perspectives on IP strategy, IP-based value creation, patenting and licensing, partnerships, IP analytics, freedom-to-operate considerations, commercialization, and the role of IP in new venture development, deep-tech entrepreneurship, and established technology-based firms. A central part of the role pedagogically is to connect theoretical frameworks with practical application.
