Build the systems behind Circular IT. Help shape how quality, safety and continuous improvement come to life at Foxway. At Foxway, we're transforming the way organizations buy, use and reuse technology. As a leading provider of Circular IT solutions, we help businesses reduce costs, lower environmental impact, and extend the lifecycle of their devices. We're now looking for a Quality Manager to join our CWS (Circular Workspace Solutions) organization. If you're passionate about management systems, operational excellence, and creating practical improvements that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. About the role As our Quality Manager, you'll play a central role in strengthening how we work across CWS. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our Integrated Management System while ensuring our operations continue to meet ISO standards and regulatory requirements. But this role goes beyond compliance. You'll work closely with Operations, Leadership, and Group Compliance to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen processes, and help build a culture where quality, safety and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance governance with practical implementation—translating requirements into processes that genuinely support the business. In this role, you will: Own and continuously develop the CWS Integrated Management System (IMS). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001. Plan and conduct internal audits while supporting external certification audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives together with Operations and business leaders. Facilitate risk assessments, supplier evaluations and non-conformity management. Develop practical processes, routines and documentation that support daily operations. Deliver training and increase awareness around quality, compliance and management systems. Collaborate closely with Group Compliance and cross-functional stakeholders across Foxway. This role requires on-site presence at least four (4) days per week and is based primarily in Växjö, where you'll work closely with our operational team. Occasional travel between Foxway locations is expected to enable close collaboration with operations and stakeholders. We believe you have Around five (5) years or more of relevant experience within Quality Management, Integrated Management Systems, Compliance, Operational Excellence, or similar fields. Practical experience working with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ideally ISO 27001. Experience conducting internal audits and supporting certification processes. A background from operations, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse or other operational environments where quality systems play a key role. Proven experience driving continuous improvement and implementing process changes across an organization. The ability to initiate, drive and follow up improvement activities from idea through implementation. Experience facilitating workshops, analysing business needs, and translating them into practical processes and solutions. Fluency in AI-powered and IT tools to improve processes, documentation, and ways of working. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across different functions. A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working. Fluency in Swedish and English is required. Norwegian fluency is a merit. To thrive and succeed with us... Curious. Passionate. Committed. Courageous. These four values guide everything we do at Foxway, and we're looking for someone who shares them. You have a hands-on mindset—you don't wait for perfect input but proactively develop proposals, documentation and ways of working together with process owners. You're someone who enjoys turning complexity into practical solutions. Rather than maintaining processes for the sake of documentation, you're motivated by making them work better for the people using them every day. You build trust across the organization. You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, and know how to influence without relying on formal authority. You turn improvement into action. You're equally comfortable facilitating audits, leading workshops, or working alongside Operations to identify practical improvements. Proactive and collaborative, you're driven by finding better ways to strengthen quality, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. Most importantly, you want your work to contribute to a more sustainable and circular way of managing technology. Why join Foxway? Help shape how quality and continuous improvement evolve across our CWS business. Play a key role in maintaining and developing management systems that support our long-term growth. Work closely with operational teams where your ideas and improvements make a visible impact. Grow your career in an international, collaborative environment where initiative and development are encouraged. Help us make a difference We are reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so if this sounds like the next step in your career, apply now and submit your application in English. Summer recruitment notice As many of us will be enjoying a well-deserved summer break, our recruitment process may take a little longer than usual during July-August. We look forward to getting back to you once we’re officially back! For the selected final candidate Foxway will conduct a background check as part of our recruitment process, in accordance with applicable local legislation and our internal screening policy. The scope of the check depends on the position and the country in which it is based. You will be informed of the details, and your approval will be requested before any check is initiated. TL;DR: We're hiring a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to own immigration, relocation, and expat support as Lovable scales across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You'll set policy, run cases end-to-end, manage vendors, and personally support employees and their families through complex cross-border moves — while building the AI-native systems and self-service guidance that make global mobility easy to navigate as we grow. This is an in-office role based in either Stockholm or London. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. The Role This role sits at the intersection of policy design, operational execution, and human support. You’ll be the single accountable owner for immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters globally. You’ll set frameworks, manage vendors, and personally support employees (and their families) through complex and often stressful cross-border transitions. This isn’t a paperwork-processing role. It requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the emotional intelligence to support employees - while using AI to build scalable, well-instrumented systems as our hiring and relocation volume grows. This is an operator role with the ability to execute pragmatically and strategically. What You’ll Own * Global Mobility & Relocation — Design, implement, and iterate relocation and mobility policy and execution for international hires and internal transfers (housing, registrations, personal number pathways, social security, tax onboarding, benefits coordination). * Employee & Family Support — Be the trusted point of contact for relocating employees and their families. Deliver calm, clear guidance through high-stakes moments, balancing policy consistency with individual context. * Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Own relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors. Partner deeply with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership on workforce planning, location strategy, and risk mitigation. * Build AI-Native Global Mobility Function — Redesign how mobility is delivered using AI: * Build employee-facing “next step” guidance that is personalized, multilingual, and always up to date. * Create internal copilots and checklists for case management, document quality, and exception handling. * Instrument the journey with metrics (time-to-permit, time-to-settle, employee satisfaction) and use insights to continuously improve. * Maintain strict privacy and compliance boundaries—AI should increase trust, not reduce it. What We’re Looking For * In-house global mobility/immigration experience required (vendor-side experience is a plus) * Built or scaled a mobility function in-house at a high-growth tech company * Personally managed immigration/relocation cases end-to-end — visa filings, case exceptions, escalations — not just oversight of a team or vendor doing the work * Has both designed mobility policy/frameworks AND executed individual cases (not a policy-only or ops-only background) * Managed external vendors — relocation companies, immigration law firms — including setting SLAs and evaluating performance * Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve operations or employee experience. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.

We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What you'll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most important government legal departments and public institutions in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: Acting as a thought partner to government legal advisers, institutional counsel, and public sector legal teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across departments and jurisdictions. Working together with Go To Market and Engagement in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key government departments, to onboarding new team members across legal, policy, and regulatory functions, and ultimately guiding organisation-wide adoption across government bodies and public institutions. Be the voice of government and institutional users inside Legora - sharing insights from policy teams, regulatory bodies, parliamentary counsel offices, and public sector legal departments that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a government legal department, rolling out to a regulatory agency, or training institutional legal teams. Documenting best practices from leading public sector organisations, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. Confidently helping government and institutional teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how public sector legal work operates - from evaluating the ROI and efficiency gains of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different functions, from legislative drafting to regulatory compliance and policy development. Understanding and navigating the unique requirements of public sector organisations, including security clearances, data sovereignty, transparency obligations, and procurement processes. What you bring You come from the world of government or institutional law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have worked as a government lawyer, parliamentary counsel, or legal adviser in a public institution, managing complex policy matters and legislative work. Perhaps you've worked in private practice serving government clients, understanding their unique needs and constraints. Maybe you've been involved in legal operations, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives within the public sector. Either way, you know how government and institutional legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law, with experience working in government, public institutions, or serving public sector clients - ideally with exposure to multiple departments, policy areas, or jurisdictions. Understand the public sector context: accountability to citizens, budget constraints, transparency requirements, complex stakeholder management, and the balance between innovation and risk aversion in government settings. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from government legal advisers to policy makers, and from civil servants to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining legislative drafting, enhancing regulatory analysis, improving policy development, or managing freedom of information requests. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Navigate security and confidentiality requirements with confidence, understanding the sensitivities of working with government and institutional clients. Appreciate the mission-driven nature of public sector work and the importance of delivering value for taxpayers and citizens. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality.
Southern Swedish Forest Research Centre Third-cycle subject area: Forest management Description of the doctoral project: Swedish society is debating the long-term capacity of even-aged conifer-dominated forestry to reliably produce biomass over the coming century, and simultaneously sustain the breadth of ecosystem services that society increasingly demands from forestlands. Alternative approaches to production forests, such as restoration of broadleaved forests are thus of growing interest. The increased use of such alternatives may enhance the overall resilience of Swedish forests to projected climate change, better balance the provision of forest ecosystem services, provide vital habitat for forest biodiversity, and thereby help ensure forest ecosystem services delivery over the coming century. The EU Nature restoration Regulation and Sweden's national environmental goals, provide official recognition of the urgent need to restore and improve the ecological condition of forest ecosystems across Europe. Our goal with this project is to identify cost-effective paths forward for the regeneration and restoration of new mixed broadleaved dominated forests. About the position: We intend to contrast passive versus active pathways for restoring such diverse forests. To address such issues, we will use existing experiments, chronosequences, and survey-data for evaluating the effects from restoration on ecosystem services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of international researchers. We are looking for a person who, as part of a PhD, will address these challenges, but we welcome those who bring specific research interests which can shape the ultimate direction of the PhD. Requirements: To meet the general entry requirements you must have been awarded a second-cycle (Master's) qualification, satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second-cycle, or acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in some other way in Sweden or abroad (Higher Education Ordinance 1993:100, Chapter 7, Section 39). You must also meet the equivalent English language requirements as those necessary for the Swedish upper-secondary qualification Engelska B/6. Your profile: The applicant should by the date of admission to PhD studies have a Master's degree in forest science, biology, ecology or equivalent. You should have a strong interest in forest ecosystems and an interest in working with large data sets. A driver's license is a necessity for work duties. Beneficial qualifications are research experience in forestry, ecology, and similar subjects. Experience in field-based forest research, transdisciplinary studies and ecosystem service assessments are also beneficial qualifications. Focus is given to your analytical and problem-solving abilities and your ability to work independently. Beneficial qualifications include the demonstrated capacity to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing. About us: SLU is one of the world's highest ranked universities in several subject areas and is ranked #1 in forestry (CWUR). Södertörn University welcomes doctoral proposals in History, to be conducted within the research project: “Money(-)making empire. Monetary policies and practices in the Swedish Baltic Empire, ca. 1600–1800”. Visit the project website for more information https://moneymakingempire.se/. The project “Money(-)making Empire” examines monetary evolution in the Baltic Sea region within the broader context of early modern Northern Europe, using the Swedish Empire as a case study. Conceptualising the empire as a polycentric polity, the project challenges nation-state–centred historiography and instead analyses money as a transregional lens through which flows of power, conflict, and integration can be traced across imperial spaces. Monetary policy was central to both warfare and empire-building and its effects extended far beyond Sweden proper, influencing peasants, soldiers, merchants, urban authorities, and foreign rulers across the Baltic Sea Region. For more information, please https://ostersjostiftelsen.se/project/money-making-empire-monetary-policies-and-practices-in-the-swedish-baltic-empire-ca-1600-1800/. History at Södertörn University is a dynamic environment for historical research and education, with researchers who specialise in a variety of time periods and societal or cultural processes. Sweden, the Nordics, and the Baltic Sea region and Eastern Europe are the main geographical areas of expertise. For a Swedish version https://www.sh.se/forskning/forskarutbildning/forskarutbildningsomraden/historiska-studier. Description of the doctoral position The successful applicants will complete their doctoral theses as part of the project and within its thematic and theoretical framework. These doctoral projects may adopt a range of perspectives, such as analyses of monetary practices and discourses among and/or between different social groups (such as the nobility, merchants, peasants, and burghers), as well as political and administrative discourses, policies, and practices at the imperial, national, and/or local levels. We therefore welcome applications that encompass the full spectrum of approaches, from macro- to micro-level studies of social and cultural relations and practices, provided that they align with the project’s aims. The project advances three interrelated analytical perspectives. First, it emphasises the polycentric nature of the Swedish Empire, integrating its Baltic and German provinces into a single framework and showing how power was negotiated through multiple institutional and social centres. Second, it treats money not merely as an economic instrument but as a practical and socially embedded problem, foregrounding everyday monetary practices, coin shortages, and alternative means of exchange among ordinary people. Third, it focuses on circulation, examining how money, knowledge, and practices moved across regions and how popular reactions – petitions, protests and riots – both responded to and constrained state policy. Methodologically, the project combines quantitative analysis with qualitative readings. Beyond its historical contribution, the project offers comparative insights into early modern composite states and provides a historically grounded perspective on contemporary monetary integration and tension in the Baltic Sea region and Europe more broadly. The work environment at Södertörn University, as well as within the research project, is bilingual, with both Swedish and English as working languages. Entry requirements The general entry requirements are: 1. a second-cycle qualification, or 2. fulfilled requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits, of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second-cycle, or 3. substantially equivalent knowledge acquired in some other way in Sweden or abroad. The Faculty Board may permit an exemption from the general entry requirements for an individual applicant, if there are special grounds. (Ordinance 2010:1064) Specific entry requirements The specific entry requirements are met by someone who has at least 90 credits in History, Economic History, the History of Ideas or the equivalent and who has authored an independent dissertation in History worth at least 15 credits at Master’s level. Prerequisites for undertaking the degree programme are the ability to assimilate scientific work in English and command of the language necessary for work on the thesis. Eligible applicants will first be ranked according to their ability to assimilate education at research level, then other qualifications will be reviewed on the basis of this ranking. The applicant’s communication and cooperation skills may also be assessed using references and interviews Admission and employment This position includes admission to third-cycle education, i.e. research level, and employment on a doctoral studentship at the School of Historical and Contemporary Studies at Södertörn University. The intended outcome for admitted students is a PhD. The programme covers 240 credits, which is the equivalent of four years of full-time study. The position may be extended by a maximum of one year due to the inclusion of departmental duties, i.e. education, research and/or administration (equivalent to no more than 20% of full-time). Other grounds for extension could be leave of absence because of illness or for service in the defence forces, an elected position in a trade union/student organisation, or parental leave. Provisions relating to employment on a doctoral studentship are in the Higher Education Ordinance, Chapter 5, Sections 1-7. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our client in Stockholm, to strengthen the measurement and analysis layer around their recommendation systems, working alongside engineering & product. Employment type : Fixed term Contract Duration : 6 Months Location : Stockholm Job Type: Onsite (Potential Hybrid option) Scope of the engagement ● Own the measurement of recommendation experiments - design A/B tests, define success metrics, and deliver readouts that explain not just whether something worked but why. ● Investigate model and system behavior: ranking quality, retrieval coverage, exposure and feedback effects, and the gaps between offline metrics and online outcomes. ● Build the dashboards, data models, and self-serve tooling the team relies on to monitor recommendation health, and leave them in a state the team can maintain after the engagement. ● Partner with engineers and PMs to scope analytical questions sharply - clarifying the objective and sizing the opportunity before they turn into long projects. ● Surface insight proactively: the segment behaving oddly, the metric drifting, the counterfactual worth running. We care about the deliverables and the handover. Work should be reproducible and documented well enough that it outlives the contract. What you bring ● 5+ years in an analytics or data science role, with a track record of operating independently and delivering with minimal ramp-up. ● Direct experience with recommendation, search, ranking, ads, or another large-scale ML-driven product. ● Strong SQL and comfort with large datasets (we work in BigQuery); fluency in Python for analysis beyond SQL. ● A real grasp of experimentation - A/B testing, statistical significance, and the common traps (peeking, interference, novelty effects). ● The instinct to clarify the objective before reaching for a solution, and the discipline to separate what the data shows from what you'd like it to show. ● Clear communication: you can take a messy analysis and land a single, defensible takeaway for any audience, from an engineer to a director. ● A very good understanding and application of advanced statistics Nice to have ● Familiarity with recommender systems internals - retrieval, ranking, candidate generation, offline vs. online evaluation. ● Exposure to bandits, off-policy evaluation, or causal inference. ● Experience building data models and dashboards others depend on (dbt, Looker, or similar) Please let us know if you are interested and if yes, then apply to careers@hybrus.se with your CV, including details about Salary, Notice period and Visa Status.
