You'll partner cross-functionally to connect a strong digital product experience with the storytelling and emotional connection of a lifestyle brand, creating personalized customer journeys that deepen engagement and drive long-term loyalty. This is a player-coach role: you'll be hands-on to build Kindred’s lifecycle marketing foundation before scaling impact through a team you hire and develop. As such, success in this role requires equal parts thought leadership and execution. You'll constantly prioritize opportunities, identify the highest-leverage member problems to solve, and build the systems and experiences that drive meaningful business impact. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong technical, analytical, and operational skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Define lifecycle messaging best practices to deliver consistent, customer-centric experiences, and proactively identify and advocate for the people, tools, and resources needed to support the team's growth and long-term success. * Hone our GTM muscles. Develop messaging playbooks in partnership with PMM for new product launches and marketing campaigns, continuously improving with each iteration. Partner across Product, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing to bring together technical, creative, and lifecycle requirements and deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences. * Be a thought leader on existing members. Serve as the voice of the member by translating lifecycle performance into actionable insights. Regularly share results, learnings, and customer trends to deepen the organization's understanding of member segments, their journeys, and the behaviors that drive hosting, travel activation and long-term engagement. * Build a world-class lifecycle engine. Continually evolve the strategic direction of Kindred's lifecycle marketing discipline by bringing the latest advances in AI, personalization, experimentation, and marketing technology into our member experience. Champion new ways of working that improve efficiency, increase relevance, and unlock step-function growth. WHAT'S REQUIRED * 12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, ideally in consumer marketplace, membership, or network-based products. * Proven track record in building high volume lifecycle programs that drive measurable business outcomes. * You've worked closely with PM’s, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams and have strong project management and communication skills. You can write actionable engineering requirements and creative briefs in the same week. * Analytical mindset, with proven ability to gain insights from high-volume, complex, and omni-channel existing programs, and turn them into actionable results. Strong point of view on lifecycle data infrastructure and pipelines. * Mobile-first experience preferred. Deep experience with mobile and app channels – push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp – with a strong point of view on channel strategy. * Hands-on experience in building campaigns and workflows, and working knowledge of optimal build-out of canvases, customer segments, and automations. * Equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute campaigns on an ongoing basis as you are building a strategy * Scrappy and self-directed: you don't wait for perfect data or a perfect brief. You can make progress toward goals even when there’s ambiguity or a lack of existing process. * Must have experience with Braze, CDP integrations, AI personalization and localization tooling. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform — translating the depth of a vertical legal operating system into commercial structures that make sense to the buyers who evaluate it. Pricing is where positioning meets revenue. Legora isn't a seat-based horizontal tool being priced like one — it's an operating system with agents, workflows, and practice-specific capability that different buyers value differently. A GC evaluating in-house legal AI and a managing partner evaluating a firm-wide deployment aren't paying for the same thing, even when they're looking at the same platform. This role exists to make sure our pricing and packaging reflect that: capturing the value we create, staying legible to buyers and sales alike, and evolving as fast as the product does. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade in pricing, packaging, or monetization-focused product marketing at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies. They think in frameworks and are equally comfortable building a willingness-to-pay model and writing the one-pager that explains a new package to the field. They know how to partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without letting any one function pull pricing in a direction the market won't bear. What You’ll Do * Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms — ensuring price reflects value delivered. * Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how all Legora capabilities are bundled into packages that are easy for buyers to understand and easy for GTM to sell. * New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch, in lockstep with the teams building them. * Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist on ongoing win-loss and competitive pricing analysis to keep our model sharp against how the market is evolving, particularly as AI-native pricing models mature. * Sales enablement: Build the guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools that help sales price and structure deals with confidence, including for non-standard or strategic deals. * Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to land pricing changes without disrupting the pipeline or the field. * Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay and value-perception research across in-house and law firm buyers to keep pricing grounded in how they actually make decisions. What You Bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with substantial time owning pricing or packaging strategy at scale * Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * Comfortable moving between quantitative rigor (pricing models, elasticity, willingness-to-pay) and clear, persuasive writing that sales and buyers can actually use * A track record of shipping pricing or packaging changes that held up commercially and organizationally, not just on a whiteboard * Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing sight of the buyer * Exceptional writing. You should be able to point to something you've written and defend every word * Operates with conviction in ambiguous environments and doesn't need a large support structure to produce great work * Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, London, or New York City What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. ABOUT STRIPE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to grow the GDP of the internet, and we won't stop until we've made it easy for any business anywhere to participate in the digital economy. ABOUT THE ROLE Governments around the world are fundamentally changing how businesses report and exchange transactions. Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) and e-invoicing mandates — now active or imminent in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, and across Latin America — require businesses to transmit structured invoice data through certified government networks in real time. For Stripe's global user base, compliant e-invoicing is rapidly becoming a prerequisite for conducting commerce, not a nice-to-have. We're building the e-invoicing infrastructure that makes this invisible for Stripe users. That means embedding compliant invoice generation, validation, and transmission directly into Stripe Billing and Invoicing — abstracting the full complexity of regional mandates and network certification behind a seamless product experience. This is a high-impact, greenfield role. You'll own Stripe's e-invoicing product end-to-end: setting the strategy, driving execution, and making Stripe the go-to solution for businesses navigating the global shift to real-time invoicing compliance. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market — and you'll be laying the foundation for a capability that will matter to every Stripe user operating in a mandated market. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the e-invoicing product vision and roadmap, translating complex and evolving regulatory requirements into a coherent multi-year strategy * Drive Stripe's expansion across mandated global markets (France, Germany, Spain, Poland) and into Latin America, sequencing coverage pragmatically against enforcement timelines * Lead build, buy, and partner decisions — evaluating the right combination of internal investment and external capabilities to meet compliance deadlines without sacrificing long-term product quality * Define and own the end-to-end user journey: from onboarding (including business identity verification) to live invoice transmission via certified networks like Peppol * Work closely with the Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Connect teams to embed e-invoicing as a native part of Stripe's financial infrastructure — not a bolted-on feature * Establish quality, reliability, and activation metrics that hold every component of the e-invoicing stack accountable, and use those metrics to drive continuous improvement * Partner with GTM, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to position Stripe as the leading e-invoicing solution for upmarket and enterprise customers * Represent Stripe credibly with regulators, certification bodies, and industry partners as we build direct relationships with key tax authorities and networks WHO YOU ARE REQUIRED * 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B fintech, payments, tax, or compliance-adjacent product domain * Deep familiarity with the e-invoicing landscape — you understand CTC frameworks, structured invoice formats (Factur-X, XRechnung, PEPPOL BIS), and the regulatory dynamics driving mandates in Europe and Latin America * Strong technical fluency: you can credibly partner with engineers on API design, data schemas, and network integration architecture * Demonstrated ability to run a build/buy/partner analysis and translate the output into concrete roadmap decisions * Experience launching products across multiple markets simultaneously, including navigating localization, regulatory compliance, and differing user needs * Excellent cross-functional leadership — you get things done across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and GTM without formal authority * Clear, direct communication: you can distill a complex compliance landscape into a compelling product narrative for both internal stakeholders and external audiences NICE TO HAVE * Experience integrating third-party technology providers or acquisitions into a core product platform * Familiarity with Stripe Billing, Invoicing, or Tax products * Prior experience building toward Peppol access point certification or direct integrations with national tax authority platforms (e.g., Chorus Pro, KSeF) * Exposure to B2B invoicing workflows in mid-market or enterprise contexts WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW E-invoicing is one of the most consequential shifts in global business compliance in a decade, and Stripe is early in building the infrastructure to make it effortless. You'll have the mandate, the resources, and the cross-functional backing to build something significant — and the chance to make Stripe synonymous with world-class e-invoicing. Stripe is an equal opportunity employer. We look for people with exceptional abilities, who are excited by hard problems and big opportunities.

You'll also work with partners to launch new markets and vertical capabilities. Stripe Terminal helps our users extend their online presence to the physical world. The mission of the Terminal team is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments—building for Unified Commerce. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * A strong technical background with 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership across mobile, API, and backend development teams and demonstrated broad technical leadership * Experience building diverse teams to tackle challenging technical problems * An understanding of the impact of AI and a strong product mindset to turn emerging capabilities into clear customer and business value * Experience thriving in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts * Understanding of how to build and manage scalable, resilient, and observable systems across the stack * The ability to listen well and internalize the best ideas from all over the organization while also setting a vision that others are excited to get behind * The ability to put yourself in the shoes of our merchants and users * Experience leading large technical projects with internal and external dependencies and impact across many teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Industry experience building or managing teams who have built in-person checkout experiences or payment method integrations * Experience with in-person payments hardware and software such as card readers and firmware * A deep understanding of the payments industry as a whole
