Vi söker en Byggledare Signal till projekt Fyra Spår Uppsala hos Trafikverket. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med stationeringsort i Uppsala. Uppdraget omfattar 40 % av en heltid. Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga. Uppdraget Som Byggledare Signal ansvarar du för att leda och samordna beställarens uppföljning av signalentreprenader samt tillhörande ekonomisk reglering inom tilldelat område. Rollen innebär att stödja projektledaren i produktionstekniska frågor, säkerställa att entreprenader genomförs enligt avtalade krav och regelverk samt samverka med entreprenörer, projektörer och projektledning för att bidra till en effektiv produktion. Arbetsuppgifter Medverka i arbetet med kostnads- och tidstyrning vid uppföljning av entreprenader Medverka i riskhanteringsarbetet Samverka med övriga projekt, enheter och entreprenörer inom programmet Delaktig i arbetet med upprättandet och uppföljning av kontrollplaner och dylikt Identifiera problemområden, biträda vid besiktningar samt bistå projektledning med underlag för UR, ÄTA, projektering mm Följa upp entreprenörens utförande avseende tid, kostnad och innehåll samt mot gällande krav och regelverk Utföra uppföljning och kontroller av entreprenörens underlag för ersättning generellt samt i samband med UR/ÄTA-hantering Delta i och kunna utvärdera signaltekniska arbeten i såväl beställarens som entreprenörens regi Delta i och i vissa fall leda för teknikområdet relevanta möten såsom byggmöten, produktionsmöten och teknikmöten Ge stöd till övrig projektledning och produktionsledning i entreprenader avseende signaltekniska frågor kopplat till olika skeden i entreprenader Utföra övriga arbetsuppgifter som krävs för att genomföra entreprenader i enlighet med verksamhetssystemet Krav (OBS, obligatoriska) Kunna uttrycka sig väl på svenska språket i både tal och skrift. Erfarenhet från arbete i projektgrupper där samordning varit viktig. B-körkort. Minst 3 års arbetserfarenhet (som byggledare eller arbetsledande funktion så som produktionsledare, arbetsledare, platschef eller motsvarande i bygg/anläggningsprojekt) inom det aktuella teknikområdet. Arbetserfarenheten ska ej vara äldre än 10 år. Kännedom om lagar och förordningar samt standarder och föreskrifter inom aktuellt område. Du ska ha genomgått BASÄSKYDD. Minst 3 års erfarenhet som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion och därav minst 70% beläggningsgrad av att ha arbetat i beställarorganisationen i produktionsskedet i ett järnvägsprojekt innehållande nyproduktion av statlig järnväg med en totalkostnad för hela projektet om minst 250 MSEK. Arbetserfarenheten ska ej vara äldre än 10 år. Minst 3 års arbetserfarenhet som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion från projekt med ombyggnad av olika typer av signalställverk. Arbetserfarenheten ska ej vara äldre än 15 år. Minst 3 års erfarenhet som signaltekniker och resursen ska ha SISÄ-behörighet. Kunskap om AB04, ABT06 och ABK09 Kunskap om AMA, RA och MER anläggning Goda kunskaper inom Trafikverkets regelverk för järnväg (TDOK, TRVINFRA) Meriterande  Du har minst 3 års erfarenhet som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion och därav minst 70% beläggningsgrad av att ha arbetat i beställarorganisationen i produktionsskedet i ett järnvägsprojekt innehållande nyproduktion av statlig järnväg med en totalkostnad för hela projektet om minst 250 MSEK. Du har varit byggledare i projekt där man bytt från ställverk 85 till ställverk 95. På depån i Helsingborg kommer du att arbeta med alla delar av löpande och förebyggande underhåll för X61. Beroende på din kompetens och intresse så kommer arbetet bestå av allt från att byta glödlampor till stora tunga mekaniska montage av boggies och hjulaxlar. I rollen ingår det att utföra underhåll av fordonen och bedöma det trafiksäkerhetsmässiga tillståndet. Du ska kunna följa instruktioner och genomföra underhåll och driftsättning enligt dem. I tjänsten ingår även att: Utföra underhåll, felavhjälpning samt modifieringar på fordon. Arbeta enligt instruktioner i befintliga system. Registrera och dokumentera information i våra aktuella system gällande t.ex. åtgärdstext, åtgånget material etc. Med stöd av felsökare emellanåt felsöka och genomföra korrektion av elektriska fel  på fordonen.
