About the role Candela is the global leader in electric hydrofoil vessels. Since 2014, we’ve gone from building our first premium electric speedboat in a small Stockholm workshop to delivering game-changing vessels around the globe. The Candela P-12 is our latest innovation - the world’s first electric hydrofoil ferry is not just operating in Stockholm, but now attracting orders from around the world. Our boats “fly” thanks to computer-guided underwater wings under the hull made out of lightweight carbon fiber. The wings lift the vessel above the water, which results in cutting energy use by up to 80%, while offering zero emissions and a far better passenger experience than traditional diesel vessels. You are offered The opportunity to work with cutting-edge electric vessel technology and see your impact in action - including test rides for newcomers A diverse and ambitious team of 30+ nationalities, united by innovation, kindness, and a shared mission A collaborative culture where we solve challenges together, improve processes, and have fun along the way Work tasks Work in the electrical workshop with pre- and final-assembly of in-house designed electrical components Work in the boats with installation of electrical components and cables Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, cost reduction and process improvement Working closely with manufacturing engineering and following guidelines and work instructions given by the company We are looking for Technical education in the electrical field or equivalent experience Experience and knowledge in working with a wide range of electrical and testing tools Read and understand electrical schematics/drawings - we need you to be fully autonomous when reading schematics Be able to stand for extended periods and work hands-on as well as working within tight spaces Be able to communicate in English as it is required in your daily work It is meritorious if you have Experience from the boating, automatic systems, machine, or automotive industry Experience working with both low and high voltage electrical systems To be successful in the role we belive that you have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay focused by being organized and well structured. You enjoy interacting with people with a wide range of backgrounds and experience and have the ability to motivate and achieve results through others. I din roll som personlig assistent kommer du huvudsakligen att hjälpa kunden med allt som uppstår i vardagen samt med grundläggande behov. Ditt arbete innebär att värna om kundens självbestämmande och integritet, och bidrar till att vardagen fungerar smidigt. Varje assistans är unikt anpassad utifrån kundens liv och därför kan arbetsuppgifter variera beroende på arbetsplatsen. Kunden är en 28-årig kvinna boende i Bollebygd. Det är kundens individuella behov som styr arbetsdagen och arbetet kan till exempel vara hjälp vid förflyttning, personlig omvårdnad, träning och kommunikation samt vardagssysslor och aktiviteter i och utanför hemmet. Vem är du? Rollen som personlig assistent ställer höga krav på förmågan att skapa goda relationer. Vi söker därför dig som är lyhörd, engagerad och ansvarstagande. Det är även viktigt att du kan ta egna initiativ och se vad som behöver göras. För att trivas som personlig assistent är det viktigt att det finns bra personkemi mellan dig som assistent och kunden. För tjänsten krävs det att du har: har goda kunskaper i svenska har B-körkort (automatväxlad räcker) för att kunna köra kundens bil har tillgång till egen bil då det går begränsat med kollektivtrafik till kundens boende tål pälsdjur och är bekväm att vistas i en arbetsmiljö med hund är simkunnig och är bekväm att följa med kunden till simhallen är rökfri under arbetstid För tjänsten är det meriterande om du: har erfarenhet av liknande arbete har erfarenhet av Autism har erfarenhet av Diabetes har erfarenhet av lågaffektivt bemötande (LAB) har erfarenhet av motiverande insatser (MI) Stor vikt kommer att läggas kring personlig lämplighet. Arbetstid, tjänstgöringsgrad och lön Aktuell anställningsform är ”så länge assistansuppdraget varar” med en tjänstgöringsgrad på cirka 60%. Arbetstiderna är förlagda till dag och natt enligt ett rullande 4-veckorsschema. Schematiderna varierar oftast mellan 10:00-18:00, 11:00-19:00 samt 19:00-10:00 (varav väntetid 01:00-08:00). Du arbetar en natt i veckan, resterande pass är förlagda på dagtid. Det är även arbete varannan helg. Fast timlön enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal. Därför får du som ny assistent en introduktion som är anpassad både till yrkesrollen och till den kund du ska arbeta hos.
