Kolla in våra karriärsidor!

Your work will span social, influencers, partner, and event marketing. You will be the fulcrum of all the region's outbound activity. Location: Netherlands (plus a few weeks at HQ for an extended orientation) YOU WILL: * Holistic Regional Strategy: Design a scalable marketing framework that can be adapted for Tier 1 European markets (high volume/established) and Tier 2/3 markets (high growth). * Localized Content Ecosystem: Oversee the "transcreation" and localization of all marketing assets. While English is our core working language, you will ensure our brand voice translates with native-level nuance across key European regions, leveraging your German or French skills where applicable. * Agile GTM Execution: Lead product launches across Europe, prioritizing markets based on data, barriers to entry, and localized product-market fit. * Cross-Border Community & Influencer Growth: Leverage regional social media and platform trends to build a loyal community through targeted influencer partnerships and localized channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * Policy & Comms Collaboration: Work closely with legal and policy teams to navigate the varied regulatory landscapes of Europe, ensuring absolute compliance with GDPR and local data privacy standards. * Event & Ecosystem Strategy: Develop locally relevant events and community initiatives across key priority European markets, while also participating in existing industry events that support relationship building, market understanding and ecosystem growth. * Strategic Market Partnerships: Build and develop trusted partnerships with brands, NGOs, across key European markets to strengthen local credibility, relevance and long-term growth, while deepening engagement with creators, industry stakeholders and broader market ecosystems. YOU HAVE: * 8+ years of marketing experience with a deep, pan-regional focus across Europe. * Independent Drive: Proven ability to operate autonomously within a strategic framework, driving clear outcomes with minimal day-to-day oversight. * Language Proficiency: Absolute professional fluency in English. The ability to understand, speak, or review content in German and/or French is a plus. * Broad Market Knowledge: Experience managing marketing efforts in highly fragmented environments—from varying audience demographics and cultural perceptions to distinct European economic climates. * 5+ years in Consumer Tech: Deep understanding of the European consumer journey, specifically privacy-first user behaviors, mobile trends, and local trust barriers. * Strategic Influence: Proven ability to advocate effectively for regional European needs (budget, product localized features, compliance requirements) to a global/US-based HQ. * Data-Driven test and learn mentality: Ability to drive growth and iterate quickly by being resourceful, analytical, and hands-on. WHO WE ARE About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team AI agents are starting to shop, buy, and pay on behalf of people and businesses. Agentic commerce is how Stripe makes that safe, reliable, and ubiquitous for both agents and sellers. We're building this from close to zero, and it's critical that we make our offerings globally available, including to many of our most strategic users in APAC. This role anchors that work in the region, based in our Singapore office. As one of the first engineers on the ground, you will shape agentic commerce, broadly, and how it localizes to APAC, specifically. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll set technical direction for agentic commerce in APAC and build it. This is a founding-engineer role in a new area: high ownership, ambiguous problems, and users who are inventing their businesses alongside us. Because you'll work many time zones from the core team, you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy. Stripe generally prizes clear writing, and this role is no exception: crisp documents are a particularly effective way to collaborate across time zones. You'll also spend real time with users. Some of the most important agentic commerce partners in the world are in APAC, and you'll be in the room with them — understanding what they're trying to build, turning that into architecture, and shipping it back to them fast. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the architecture and technical direction for agentic commerce in APAC, end to end — from early design through production and adoption. * Be the prime mover on large, ambiguous projects: break the problem down for parallel work, make fast product and architecture calls, and clear the blockers that would otherwise stall the team. * Operate with high autonomy across time zones. Make sound decisions independently, and know when and how to escalate. * Work directly with strategic users. Drive high-stakes conversations, understand what they need, and translate it into systems we can build. * Write crisp technical documents — proposals, design docs, decision records — that let people in other time zones align and act without a live meeting. * Represent Stripe in person with senior users and partners, explaining hard technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike. * Write and review code, and hold the quality bar. You own what you ship regardless of how it was produced, and you hold AI-assisted and hand-written code to the same standard. * Use AI tools as part of how you work day to day, and turn that leverage into reusable tooling and workflows that speed up everyone around you. * Partner with Engineering Management, Product, and go-to-market teams across regions on long-term vision and roadmap. * Teach and mentor engineers as the APAC team grows. WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone with the experience and skills below. If you meet the minimum requirements, we'd love to hear from you — the preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 10+ years of software engineering experience, still hands-on with architecture and code. * Track record as the technical lead on a complex, external-facing product or platform. * Deep software architecture experience, and sound judgment about tradeoffs under ambiguity. * Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with little oversight — ideally across time zones or distributed teams. * Superb written communication. You write documents clear enough that decisions get made async, without you present. * Strong in-person and verbal communication, including in high-stakes conversations with senior, strategic users. * Comfort working directly with users: listening, earning trust, and turning their needs into technical direction. * Usage of AI tools as a standard part of daily delivery, holding their output to the same bar as your own, and getting more capable over time. * Ability to build alignment across teams and functions without direct authority. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in payments, fintech, or commerce infrastructure. * Experience building for APAC markets, or fluency in the region's commerce landscape and languages. * Experience with AI agents, LLM-driven products, or the protocols that let software transact autonomously. * A history of taking early-stage products from zero to adoption. * Experience as a founding or early engineer on a new team or product.

Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. As a founding member of the Security Operations team in EMEA, you will join us at an exciting time in Roblox’s SIRT & SOC program. You will design and build the detections, automation and tooling that let a lean team monitor and protect players, developers, employees and the platform at global scale and serve as security incident commander in the region. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be a primary decision-maker, core to our mission to maintain a highly capable 24/7/365 monitoring and response capability. While you will work in close collaboration with peers at our US West Coast Headquarters, the time difference requires an engineer who can operate independently, making critical decisions without immediate oversight. We favor engineering our way out of toil through automation, orchestration, detections-as-code, and risk-based prioritization, while retaining the deep technical skills required to conduct detailed, hands-on analysis and lead response end-to-end when the situation warrants. Work Environment: This role is based in London, UK. You will be working from a dedicated, private space located within a shared office environment, designed to enable collaboration while remaining secure. YOU WILL: * Build Detection & Response Systems: Design, write, and maintain production-quality detections, automations and integrations (detections-as-code, SOAR playbooks, data and enrichment pipelines) that scale our monitoring capability and reduce manual toil. * Own Tooling & Platform: Develop and improve the tooling the global SIRT/SOC depends on alert quality and enrichment, case-management integrations and automation that powers reliable "follow-the-sun" hand-offs. * Exercise High Autonomy: Act as the primary Incident Commander for the European time zone, making critical, time-sensitive decisions independently before US HQ comes online. You will serve as the senior-most security engineering point of contact in the region. * Drive Strategy & Architecture: Shape the technical direction of the detection & response engineering function, specifically architecting how global hand-offs and "follow-the-sun" models can be optimized and automated. * Command Security Incidents: Ensure serious threats and impacts are understood, mitigated, and learned from with speed and professionalism, often leading responses end-to-end without immediate escalation paths during local hours — and turning what you learn into durable, automated detections. * Conduct Forensic Investigations & Threat Hunt: Dig into complex context to determine whether threats exist, take decisive action and proactively hunt for anomalous activity in our signals, distinguishing outliers from threats. * Lead High-Profile Responses: Collaborate with Security and Engineering to lead responses to major vulnerabilities or platform-wide events. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Legal, HR, Executive teams, and external partners (Developers & Customers). You will also travel semi-regularly to the USA to visit HQ, ensuring deep alignment with central engineering and security leadership. YOU HAVE: * Experience: 10+ years across security engineering, Infosec, IT, Infra/SRE, and/or Incident Response. * Specialization: 7+ years specifically in Detection or Response, with a track record of building, writing detections, automation or security tooling, not solely operating. * Engineering Proficiency: Comfortable writing and reviewing production-quality code (Scripting) and building automations, integrations and data pipelines that others depend on. * Autonomous Leadership: Proven ability to work independently in satellite offices or distributed teams. You are comfortable being the "person in charge" during your shift and making calls that impact the business. * Incident Command: Extensive experience operating as an incident commander. You can flex into deep engineering work but also possess the executive presence to coordinate responders and communicate status to leadership. * Investigations: Expert-level capability investigating threats in enterprise and production environments, taking ownership from identification to resolution. * Knowledge/Tools/Techniques: Deep understanding of security tooling (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, NDR, SOAR) and experience extending or building on it. You are proficient in applying Incident Response frameworks (NIST IR Lifecycle, Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK) to real-world scenarios, and you collaborate effectively with engineering colleagues, leveraging extensive expertise across infrastructure and technologies (Public Cloud, OS, Virtualization, Containerization, Networking, Build/Development infrastructure, and Hardware). * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience. YOU ARE: * A Builder-Operator: You would rather automate a problem out of existence than staff around it and you hold yourself to an engineering bar even under incident pressure. * A Strategic Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions. You identify gaps in coverage — especially those unique to regional or time-zone-specific challenges — and fix them. * A Detailed Thinker: You enjoy exploring the details and considering the second- and third-order effects of your decisions. * An Eager Problem Solver: You are drawn to complex issues rather than avoidant of them. * Emboldened to Make Change: You instinctively ask what you can do to improve the situation rather than waiting to be prompted. * Compelled by our Mission: You are driven by the opportunity to protect our community and the safe space we've created. * A Calculated Risk Taker: You move fast, navigating reasonable risks to take action and build capabilities as quickly as possible. Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted). Roblox provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
