I Tomelilla tätort finns flera verksamheter, däribland en OB-förskola. OB-förskolan erbjuder barnomsorg på obekväm arbetstid för vårdnadshavare som arbetar kvällar, nätter och helger. Som timvikarie på OB-förskolan kan du därför komma att arbeta under andra tider än ordinarie dagtid. Utanför Tomelilla tätort finns våra verksamheter i Onslunda, Smedstorp och Brösarp. Oavsett placering blir du en viktig del av verksamheten och bidrar till en trygg, utvecklande och stimulerande miljö för barn och elever. 10 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som timvikarie hos oss får du möjlighet att arbeta i våra förskolor och skolor när behov uppstår, ibland med kort varsel. Tjänsten passar dig som söker ett flexibelt arbete och vill kombinera jobb med studier eller annan sysselsättning. Du styr själv din tillgänglighet genom vårt bemanningssystem och väljer när du vill och kan arbeta. Bokningar sker utifrån verksamheternas aktuella behov, vilket ger dig stor frihet att anpassa arbetet efter din vardag. Som timvikarie kan du arbeta på en eller flera av våra förskolor och/eller skolor, du väljer själv vilka verksamheter du vill vara knuten till. I rollen som barnskötare/lärarvikarie bidrar du till att skapa en trygg, lärorik och stimulerande miljö där varje barn ges möjlighet att utvecklas utifrån sina förutsättningar. Du är delaktig i det pedagogiska arbetet och stöttar, inspirerar och utmanar barnen i deras utveckling och lärande. Vi söker dig som är trygg i dig själv, har ett positivt förhållningssätt och trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med olika yrkesgrupper och bidrar till ett gott arbetsklimat. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har en avslutad och godkänd gymnasieutbildning. Det är meriterande om du är utbildad eller studerar till barnskötare, förskollärare, lärare eller har annan pedagogisk utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av arbete eller praktik inom förskola, skola eller fritidshem ser vi det som en fördel. För att trivas i rollen har du ett genuint intresse för barns utveckling och lärande. Du är en trygg, ansvarsfull och lyhörd person som bemöter barn med tålamod och respekt. Du har ett lågaffektivt förhållningssätt, kan skapa trygghet i barngruppen och känner dig bekväm med att ta egna initiativ och leda aktiviteter när det behövs. Eftersom du dagligen kommunicerar med barn, vårdnadshavare och kollegor behöver du ha mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. För arbete inom förskola/skola krävs ett giltigt utdrag ur Polismyndighetens belastningsregister. Utdraget ska visas upp innan anställning kan erbjudas.
