Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. Roblox is currently at a critical inflection point in its financial evolution. We recently achieved a significant payout milestone to our Creator community in 2025. To successfully build upon this momentum year over year while controlling our costs, a world-class payments and wallets ecosystem is essential to ensure frictionless transactions across the platform for our Users and Creators. This role offers the rare opportunity to lead a 0-to-1 buildout of a new payments division. If successful, you will transition Roblox from standard payment processing to a strategic orchestration model, utilizing AI-driven approach to optimize significant transaction cost. Beyond cost savings, you will spearhead the transformation of our creator payouts, building a product designed to empower the livelihood of millions of developers through instant, transparent, and global financial access. YOU WILL * Own Global Partnership Negotiation & Account Management: Lead RFPs and high-stakes contractual negotiations with major global payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc) and financial institutions. * Establish formal business relationships where none currently exist, securing advantageous commercial terms that are accretive to Roblox’s bottom line. * Build Payment Orchestration Strategy & Development: Lead the transition from current legacy systems to a multi-partner orchestration system. * Achieve optimal routing based on cost and conversion, potentially saving hundreds of millions of dollars in transaction fees in year one. * Transform Creator Payout : Drive the business strategy and partnerships required to modernize our existing infrastructure into a proprietary, end-to-end financial platform for creators to run their businesses on Roblox * Dramatically improve creator retention and satisfaction by reducing payout latency and fees, directly impacting "Time-on-Platform" and developer ecosystem growth. * Lead Cross-Functional Enterprise Deal Execution: Lead cross-functional deal teams comprising Legal, Finance, Privacy, and Engineering stakeholders. * Execute complex contracts that satisfy global regulatory compliance (KYB/KYC/AML) while ensuring speed-to-market for new financial features. * Expand into Emerging Markets: Develop a strategy for handling international currency exchange volatility and local payment methods in high-growth regions. * Unlock revenue in emerging markets by mitigating FX risk and reducing the barrier to entry for new developers. * Bridge Business & Engineering: Translate commercial opportunities into "second-level" technical requirements, such as ledger design and API integration standards. * Ensure the engineering roadmap is aligned with commercial viability, preventing technical debt and ensuring the infrastructure supports real-time global payments. * Optimize Performance : Implement a rigorous "Payment Excellence" framework to monitor authorization rates and fraud thresholds. * Deliver incremental revenue gains where even a 0.01% improvement in authorization rates translates to millions in retained bookings. * Future-Proofing for Agentic Commerce: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI agents and blockchain rails, into the payments strategy. * Secure Roblox’s position as a leader in the future "agentic economy," where automated systems may negotiate and execute transactions on behalf of users. YOU HAVE * 10+ years of Business Development experience specifically within the Consumer Financial Services, Digital Payments, Fintech, or Digital Wallet sectors * Proven track record of a 0-to-1 buildout of a payments division or financial product line, demonstrating the ability to operate without established playbooks * Bilingual Fluency (Tech/Business): Ability to articulate complex technical concepts (API orchestration, tokenization, ledger systems) to engineers while simultaneously modeling multi-year economic impacts for C-suite executives. * Global Regulatory Acumen: Deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape, including PSD2, KYC/AML compliance, and card network rules, to navigate international expansion risks effectively. * Complex Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in negotiating and signing deals with payment networks, acquirers, and banks, effectively balancing unit economics with legal and privacy constraints. * Strategic Ecosystem Architecture: Ability to view payments not as a utility but as a strategic asset class, capable of designing partnerships that drive long-term ecosystem value rather than just transactional volume. * Analytical Rigor: Strong data processing and analytical skills to model ROI, forecasting, and "payment excellence" metrics (e.g., authorization rates, FX margins). * Leadership in Ambiguity: Experience thriving in unstructured, fast-moving environments where you must influence executive decision-making and manage multiple high-priority workstreams independently. We sit at the center of how Ads Product Marketing shapes and goes to market with new solutions. We connect the field to the roadmap, turning seller insights into action and ensuring our go-to-market strategies reflect what advertisers and customers actually need As the Inbound Program Manager, you will build and run the systems that capture, synthesize, and activate field intelligence across Ads Product Marketing. You'll design the programs and processes that transform fragmented seller and customer feedback into structured inputs that shape product strategy, messaging, and enablement priorities. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and other Strategy and Ops functions to build listening programs, run recurring feedback loops, and enable Ads PMM to synthesize the insights that help our teams build better products and go to market with more relevance. Your work will ensure that sellers and advertisers have a clear, reliable channel to influence what we build. What you’ll do: * Own the Voice of Sales program end-to-end — design and run structured mechanisms that continuously collect, tag, and synthesize insights from Sales and customer-facing teams. * Build and manage Voice of Customer infrastructure — establish repeatable processes for capturing advertiser and customer signals and route them to the right PMM and Product stakeholders. * Facilitate the translation of field and customer insights into actionable outputs — oversee recurring reporting and synthesis that make it easy for PMMs and PMs to act on what they're hearing. * Close the feedback loop with Sales — ensure Sales teams receive timely, transparent updates on how their input is influencing roadmap decisions, messaging priorities, and enablement resources. * Design and build internal tools that scale how we capture, organize, and distribute insights — including AI-assisted workflows, structured intake forms, tagging systems, dashboards, and knowledge bases that reduce manual lift and increase signal quality. What we’re looking for: * 8+ years of experience in program management, product marketing operations, or a related role — ideally in a product-led or go-to-market environment. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration , or equivalent experience. * Demonstrated experience building or running structured feedback and listening programs (e.g., Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, win/loss, field advisory programs) — including owning the full cycle from intake to insight delivery. * Proven ability to design and build internal tools and workflows — including AI-assisted systems, structured intake and tagging frameworks, dashboards, and knowledge bases that scale cross-functional insight sharing. * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Product Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to drive alignment and influence roadmap and GTM decisions. * Excellent synthesis and communication skills — you can take qualitative and quantitative field input and turn it into clear, compelling narratives and reports for different audiences, from ICs to leadership. * Experience creating and managing recurring reporting programs. * Highly organized and proactive, with a track record of building scalable processes and sources of truth in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. * Comfortable with a broad toolkit — project management platforms, survey tools, wikis, dashboards, and presentation tools — and able to quickly ramp on internal systems. * Experience using AI-enabled tools in day-to-day workflows and artifact creation. * Nice to have: experience supporting product marketing teams; experience working with globally distributed sales organizations. Relocation Statement: * This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model. In-Office Requirement Statement: * We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role. * This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country. #LI-REMOTE At Pinterest we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. Discord seeks a seasoned technical leader to join our Data team as a Staff Data Engineer, focusing on our advertising products. In this role, you will drive technical vision and strategy for ads data engineering while building and maintaining sophisticated data pipelines, datasets, and analytical tools. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to transform our advertising products through data-driven insights and mentor fellow engineers to deliver exceptional results. This role works heavily with Data Science, Machine Learning, product, sales, and account management teams. If leading technical innovation, architecting scalable solutions, and empowering teams through data excites you, we encourage you to make a move! What You'll Be Doing * Provide technical leadership for Discord's ads data infrastructure - setting architectural direction, establishing engineering standards, and enabling data science, ML, and product teams to build on reliable, well-documented data foundations. * Design and own core ads data models: fact/dim tables, canonical datasets, and aggregation layers that power delivery, measurement, targeting, attribution, and ML use cases. * Build and maintain the ML data infrastructure that enables ads ranking, delivery, and targeting - including feature development, label generation workflows, intra-day training dataset construction, and ML input observability to catch data quality issues before they degrade model performance. * Build conversion measurement pipelines and integrate third-party attribution data - including Conversion Attribution and Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) integrations (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular) - ensuring attribution accuracy and data parity across measurement surfaces. * Design and maintain identity resolution infrastructure and audience pipelines for privacy-compliant targeting and Custom Audiences - with a clear understanding of the governance and regulatory constraints involved. * Build batch and near real-time pipeline infrastructure across the ads ecosystem - pushing toward lower-latency data for ML and reporting use cases on our BigQuery + dbt + Dagster stack. Partnering with Data Platform on launch and success of new data processing engines to support low latency requirements.. * Develop data quality frameworks, monitoring systems, automated anomaly detection, and SLA infrastructure for critical ads pipelines at massive scale. * Proactively identify foundational data infrastructure gaps - including those with broad implications across ML, measurement, and reporting - and design scalable, canonical solutions that multiple teams can depend on. * Build systems from scratch in a rapidly evolving, greenfield advertising data environment - making sound architectural decisions with incomplete information and balancing short-term delivery with long-term infrastructure investment. * Drive alignment across Data Science, ML Engineering, Ads Product, and GTM teams through clear narratives that connect data infrastructure decisions to business outcomes and revenue impact. * Mentor engineers through technical challenges, code and design reviews, and ownership of complex projects - contributing to the culture and engineering standards of the Data Engineering team team. What you should have * 7+ years of hands-on experience writing production code and architecting data pipelines with high-volume consumer data in advertising technology domains (ad delivery, ranking, targeting, identity, conversion measurement). * Deep expertise in digital advertising data engineering - specifically in ads delivery, conversion measurement, attribution pipelines, or ML feature data infrastructure. Experience with Conversion Data and APIs, MMP integrations, or identity graph infrastructure is strongly valued. * Demonstrated experience building data models in a greenfield or 0-to-1 environment where requirements change frequently, documentation is sparse, and architectural decisions are made with incomplete information. * Expert-level SQL and Python. Strong ability to design performant, maintainable data models and write production-quality pipeline code. * Experience building near real-time or streaming pipeline infrastructure (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming, or equivalent) in addition to batch processing is preferred. * Proven hands-on experience with data quality audits, monitoring systems, and automated anomaly detection for massive-scale datasets (billions+ rows) - including quality frameworks designed for ML inputs. * Ability to independently identify foundational data infrastructure gaps and design org-wide canonical solutions - not just execute on identified work. * Strong technical communication and data-driven storytelling skills with the ability to drive alignment, influence prioritization, and earn adoption from technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Collaborative mindset and strong cross-functional instincts with experience building trusted working relationships with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Product teams. Bonus Points * Passion for Discord or gaming communities * Experience with data visualization and dashboarding technologies (Looker, Tableau, or similar) * Experience with designing data architecture to power a variety of use cases, including reporting (internal and external), adhoc analysis, experimentation. * Working with Data AI tools to establish greater self service utility for your customers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000 to $310,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us. Get to Know Our Team The Customer Experience Group (CEG) Incident Management (IM) team at Agoda plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity during unexpected events affecting our customers and partners. We manage the response to a wide range of technical and non-technical incidents including natural disasters, political unrest, global health emergencies, travel disruptions, and regulatory, pricing or product changes. Our team coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, develops response strategies, and implements mitigation measures to minimize impact on our customers, partners, and business operations. We are the central team with CEG that translates chaotic situations into organized, effective responses. Role Overview As a Senior Incident Management Specialist, you will lead Agoda's response to complex incidents that impact our customers, partners, and business operations. You will be responsible for rapidly assessing emerging situations, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing strategic response plans, and ensuring clear communication throughout the incident lifecycle with all involved parties. You will serve as the driver in CEG for incidents with technical and non-technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands impact, priorities, and resolution progress during these events. This role requires exceptional leadership in ambiguous, high-pressure situations where you must make decisive judgments based on limited information and manage emotions of multiple individuals with competing priorities, often on very tight timelines. You will own end-to-end incident management from initial detection through resolution and post-incident analysis (lessons learned), ensuring we continuously improve our response capabilities. Most critically, this role requires you to drive ownership and accountability for action items during and after incidents to prevent future recurrences. Your ability to translate insights into concrete improvements across teams will be essential for strengthening our operational resilience. You must be able to host incident calls (war rooms) to coordinate stakeholders across different business functions, whilst maintaining laser focus on immediate mitigation while simultaneously driving longer-term solutions. As such, you must be comfortable and exceptional at influencing stakeholders. The ability to navigate organizational dynamics, gain commitment from teams without direct authority, and ensure participants remain engaged and accountable throughout the incident lifecycle is a must. You must be able to think critically and challenge conventional approaches, asking questions to identify further problems or connections. Core Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate Agoda's CEG response to incidents impacting customers, partners and/or CEG’s ability to maintain operational stability. This includes natural disasters, system outages, platform issues, political events, global health emergencies, or configuration issues (pricing, promotion, etc.) affecting our customers, partners, and internal operations. * Rapidly assess incident severity/classification and impact scope, establish structured incident command, define clear stakeholder roles, and develop comprehensive response strategies that balance customer experience with business requirements. * Host and facilitate effective war rooms during critical incidents, ensuring focused mitigation efforts while maintaining stakeholder engagement and driving consensus on complex decisions with limited information. * Design and implement communication frameworks for different audience types (SLT, frontline, customers, partners) that provide appropriate transparency and actionable updates throughout the incident lifecycle. * Conduct thorough root cause analysis sessions (lessons learned) that identify systemic vulnerabilities, transform incidents into organizational learning opportunities, and drive accountability for preventative actions across teams. * Develop and maintain comprehensive incident documentation, including incident updates, reports, timelines, action trackers, and lessons learned that capture essential context, insights and future actions. * Create and regularly update incident response playbooks, communication templates, and decision frameworks that enable swift, consistent responses to recurring incident types. * Analyze incident patterns and trends using data visualization and analytical techniques to identify emerging risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for proactive intervention. * Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders across Agoda, Booking Holdings sister companies, and external partners to strengthen coordination capabilities during incidents. * Challenge conventional thinking and apply creative problem-solving approaches that reveal innovative solutions to complex incident scenarios. * Provide coaching and mentoring to stakeholders on effective incident response techniques, ensuring organizational capability development beyond the immediate team.
