For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for reliable employees to assist with snow removal. The season usually runs from December 1 to the end of March, but we need to be prepared from November 15th due to changing weather conditions. In April, the work involves removing halksand. This is a seasonal position that cannot be extended. Tasks include snow removal with a shovel and sand removal using a blower. The salary is SEK 13,000 per month for 85 working hours, excluding OB compensation. Snow removal is an important responsibility that ensures elderly people, children, and the community can move safely and reach their destinations on time. We are looking for someone reliable, responsible, and prepared to work on short notice in challenging weather conditions. It is preferred that applicants are not employed by another employer during this period, in order to avoid any conflicts with working hours and ensure availability when snow removal is required.

Also, knowledge about specialized greases and surface corrosion protection applications. Physical Capability: Fully comfortable for working at heights. Serve as the definitive technical authority on site. Fully integrate into Flight Test Engineering or Piloting roles to run autonomous missions from end to end. QUALIFICATIONS Experience & Technical Background * Deep, hands-on experience building, tuning, and repairing UAVs (e.g., FPV quadcopters, custom fixed-wing drones). * Strong familiarity with open-source flight stacks, specifically ArduPilot and/or PX4. * Intimate knowledge of UAV hardware architecture: Flight Controllers, ESCs, Brushless Motors, Lithium Batteries, CAN bus, and PWM. * Experience with flight control software and ground stations, preferably Mission Planner and/or QGroundControl. * Soldering skills and the ability to modify or repair electronics in field conditions. NICE TO HAVE * RC Piloting experience (familiarity and ability to fly multirotors and/or fixed-wing aircraft manually, with and without stabilization). * Previous experience as a Flight Test Engineer (managing test cards, data analysis, test planning). * Experience with extreme cold weather operations, anti-icing systems, or thermal management in electronics. * Background in defense, robotics, or aerospace testing.
