Som teknikansvarig kommer du att ha en central roll i planeringen, utformningen och genomförandet av väg, mark och gatuprojekt. Du kommer att leda teknikgruppen och säkerställa att våra projekt uppfyller högsta tekniska standarder samtidigt som de levereras enligt kundens krav och förväntningar. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har gymnasie-, högskole-, eller civilingenjörsutbildning med inriktning mot samhällsbyggnad, eller motsvarande, samt minst 3 års erfarenhet av projektering och teknisk ledning inom mark-, gata- och vägprojekt. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla tekniska team. Du har goda kunskaper inom ekonomi och affärsmässighet och erfarenhet av att hantera budgetar och resurser med god ekonomisk insikt. Vidare har du relevanta kunskaper om lagstiftning, standarder och tekniska riktlinjer som styr arbetet inom dessa områden för att kunna säkerställa att projekten följer gällande regelverk och håller högsta möjliga kvalité. Språkkunskaper är också viktiga, och du behöver ha goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska för att kunna kommunicera med både nationella och internationella parter Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med sourcing. Vi ser också gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med hållbarhetsfrågor då det är en viktig del av arbetet för långsiktig framgång. Enheten ansvarar för all myndighetsutövning, barn och unga, familjerätt, våld i nära relation, vuxna med skadligt bruk och beroende och/eller psykisk ohälsa samt ekonomiskt bistånd. Enheten består av 20 medarbetare, vilka samtliga är erfarna socionomer och besitter en hög myndighetsutövande kompetens. Barnutredarna består av 8 socionomer. Vi söker nu socialsekreterare som ska arbeta med barnutredningar. Du arbetar med att utreda barns och deras föräldrars behov av insatser (018 år), både enligt SoL och LVU. Ditt huvudsakliga uppdrag innebär att bedriva utredningar samt att genomföra uppföljningar och omprövningar av insatser. I utredningsarbetet ingår samverkan med barnets nätverk och att bedriva motivationsarbete med familjen. You bring several of the following: MSc / Civil Engineering degree in Electronics, Engineering Physics, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field Several years of experience within systems engineering, test, verification, system integration or hardware-focused product development Experience with requirements management and systems engineering processes Experience with hardware integration, testing or verification Experience establishing, developing or maintaining lab environments, reference systems or test infrastructure Good understanding of system design and system integration processes Ability to work in both structured engineering processes and hands-on technical environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Professional proficiency in Swedish and English Meriting Experience It is an advantage if you have experience from one or more of the following areas: RF and microwave technologies Hardware-near systems Communication and network solutions Defence, aerospace or other security-critical systems EMC, environmental testing or system qualification Configuration management in complex system environments Formal verification and validation Technical leadership or coordination of technical teams Prototype development, integration rigs or advanced test equipment Requirements tools, test management tools or lifecycle management platforms What Multiply Offers At Multiply, you become part of an end-to-end provider where deep technical expertise, systems thinking and long-term value creation are central.
