Vi behöver förstärka vår verksamhet till Civil North i Norrbotten med projektingenjör till våra pågående och kommande projekt. Som Projektingenjör inom Kostnadsstyrning på NCC får du en viktig roll i att driva våra projekt framåt – från idé till verklighet. Tjänsten som Projektingenjör Kostnadsstyrning Som Projektingenjör inom Kostnadsstyrning har du en viktig roll i projektets ekonomiska styrning och framdrift. Du arbetar nära projektledningen för att säkerställa att projektet genomförs inom uppsatta kostnadsramar. Du samlar in underlag, följer upp utfört arbete och ställer det i relation till bokförda kostnader och nedlagd tid. Tillsammans med projektledningen analyserar och bedömer du projektets ekonomiska status. Du ansvarar för att kontrollera och kontera leverantörsfakturor, bistå i prognosrapportering och samordna inköps- och leveransplaner mot produktionens behov. Du hanterar ritningar och modeller, bevakar dokumentation från underentreprenörer och säkerställer att avtalskrav uppfylls. Som projektingenjör inom avdelningen kommer du att rapportera till vår Gruppchef inom produktionsgruppen samt arbeta tillsammans med våra andra projektingenjörer inom avdelningen och även i projektet men också ingå i nätverk inom området inom NCC. Din profil För att trivas och vara framgångsrik i rollen ser vi att du har erfarenhet av brett arbete inom byggproduktion. Du har erfarenhet av produktionskalkyler, kostnadsuppföljning och entreprenadjuridik. Du har gärna en eftergymnasial utbildning inom område. Det är meriterande är om du har erfarenhet ifrån liknande roll i produktionsrelaterad verksamhet inom anläggnings- eller byggbranschen eller liknande och har en förståelse för vår typ av verksamhet. Som person är du social och en god nätverkare som trivs med att ha stora kontaktytor såväl internt som externt. Vi lägger stor vikt vid att du är drivande, självgående, utvecklingsorienterad och ansvarsfull. Deep understanding of cost management frameworks, including AACE and PMI standards. Proven experience working across interfaces such as engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and planning. Strong proficiency in cost control tools and reporting systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, and KPIs. Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities. Strong communication and influencing skills; capable of working cross-functionally and supporting executive-level decisions. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of structure, integrity, and accountability. About the Role As Central Cost Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and insightfulness of cost performance across one of Europe’s most ambitious industrial projects. What We’re Looking For * ~15 years of experience in cost control within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects, ideally under EPCM contracts. * Deep understanding of cost management frameworks, including AACE and PMI standards. * Proven experience working across interfaces such as engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and planning. * Strong proficiency in cost control tools and reporting systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, and KPIs. * Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities. * Strong communication and influencing skills; capable of working cross-functionally and supporting executive-level decisions. * A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of structure, integrity, and accountability. The role As Head Chef at Basta, you will take full ownership of the kitchen — from building your brigade and setting the culture, to delivering the food quality and consistency that Basta is known for. Working alongside the Culinary Director, you’ll shape the kitchen, own the numbers and set the standard from day one. What you’ll be doing Lead, build and inspire a high-performing kitchen brigade from the ground up. Maintain and champion outstanding food quality, presentation and consistency at every service. Own kitchen operations: labour planning, food cost management, GP targets and ordering. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen standards. Drive a training and development culture within your team, nurturing the next generation of talent. Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience. Represent the Basta brand and culinary vision with passion and precision. You’ll thrive in this role if you Have proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-led restaurant environment. Have ideally been part of, or led, a new opening before. Have a genuine passion for Italian cuisine and a deep understanding of quality ingredients and technique. Are an experienced leader who brings the best out of people—especially under pressure. Have strong commercial awareness: food cost, labour, waste and GP are not just numbers to you. Are hands-on, standards-driven and committed to consistency every single service.
