How you will make an impact
Leverage your expert knowledge of Project Controls to manage the scheduling process for our delivery projects.
Create, maintain, and analyze current and forecasted schedules, including costs, resources, and risks.
Develop solutions to handle delays and ensure project timelines are met.
Follow up on projects, produce reports, and conduct regular analyses (e.g., S-curves, OTD, earned value, and critical path).
Highlight deviations and potential issues to project managers and the project team.
Collaborate closely with project leaders and team members, playing a key role in the further development of Project Controls.
Your Background
You bring approximately 7 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling, Project Controls, Earned Value Analysis, and follow-up with S-curves, particularly using Primavera P6. Experience with other planning systems is a plus.
You are self-driven, take personal responsibility, and are both structured and organized.
You thrive in a team environment, motivating and inspiring your colleagues.
You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and making effective prioritization decisions.
You possess a strong knowledge of Excel and Office packages.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.

The opportunity At HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) you will create a sustainable future. The Senior Cell Design Engineer will play a project leading role in the cell development of the Li-ion and LIS battery, specifically, in the Mechanical Design area. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities • Lead mechanical design and development Li-ion and LIS battery and related components for Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Electric Vehicles (EV), and other advanced applications • Take ownership of mechanical part design, evaluation, validation, and optimization using advanced CAD tools (NX, CATIA, or equivalent) • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, leading technical discussions and clarifying design requirements • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Process Engineering, R&D Labs, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution • Identify technical risks related to cell/battery development and production and drive mitigation strategies • Review and approve mechanical drawings, 3D models, tolerance stack-ups, and technical documentation • Support prototype development, design verification, and validation activities • Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards, processes, and engineering best practices Requirements Educational background and previous experience required for the role Qualifications and Experience • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 8+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in power electronics, high-performance lithium-ion batteries, or related industries • Strong experience in lithium-ion battery cell development and secondary battery technologies is highly preferred • Proven hands-on experience in mechanical component design, evaluation, and validation • Extensive experience with advanced CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, or equivalent 3D modeling software • Experience with electrode and cell design, electrode preparation processes, cell fabrication, and electrochemical performance evaluation is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of risk management in cell/battery development and production environments • Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions directly with customers • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Specific skills • Advanced proficiency in CAD tools (NX, CATIA, or similar) for mechanical part design and evaluation • Strong technical documentation and drawing review capability • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight project deadlines • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proactive cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Lyten Sweden is seeking professional Senior Test & Validation Engineers. As a Senior Test & Validation Engineer you will plan, organize, execute, and follow up on project-related testing and provide leadership and oversight to the team. Lead performing and developing tests together with the team which concerns the battery’s performance, reliability, and safety. Own responsibility of test facility related to its operation, installation and commissioning activities. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Develop and lead product testing procedures based on the customer requirements of development projects and Quality Control (QC) standards. Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of test equipment necessary for product testing. Ensure the implementation of robust quality assurance processes to uphold the accuracy and reliability of test results. Analyze test results and prepare formal/informal test report to present to internal/external stakeholders. Ensure delivery of the project activities regarding validation requirements. Oversee the documentation of test procedures, observations, and results, ensuring compliance with established document management standards. Lead technical work streams related to the installation and commissioning of equipment for test expansion projects.
