Every call you make connects an existing M-KOPA customer to products that could transform their life—a smartphone that opens up digital opportunities, a solar system that brings reliable light to their home, or a cash loan that helps their business grow. You'll achieve sales targets not through pressure, but through genuine connection and understanding. Working with a passionate Customer Retention team, your success directly supports our mission of making essential products and services accessible to underserved communities across Africa. ABOUT US We believe in empowering customers through affordable and accessible financial solutions. Our team values meaningful connections over transactional calls, customer loyalty over one-time sales, and sales techniques that genuinely help rather than manipulate. You'll develop deep product knowledge that allows you to match customer needs with real solutions, working in a dynamic environment where your empathy, communication skills, and sales excellence directly contribute to financial inclusion and innovation. At M-KOPA, our Telesales Outbound team isn't just making sales calls—we're building relationships that last, introducing products that upgrade lives, and driving the repeat business that proves we deliver on our promises. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: Most outbound sales jobs feel like you're bothering people. This one feels like you're helping them. You're calling existing M-KOPA customers—people who already trust the brand, who've already experienced our products, and who are genuinely interested in what else we can offer. You're not cold calling strangers about products they don't need. You're introducing upgrades, add-ons, and new offerings to people who are already part of the M-KOPA family. The conversations are warmer. The receptiveness is higher. The satisfaction of closing a sale comes with knowing you've genuinely helped someone access something valuable. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Sales Excellence & Growth * Driving sales growth by proactively introducing and selling additional M-KOPA products to existing customers * Implementing effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed campaign conversion and sales goals * Identifying customer needs and matching them with products that genuinely solve problems or create opportunities * Meeting and surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through disciplined execution Customer Engagement & Relationship Building * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty * Handling inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly turning hesitation into confidence * Creating conversations that feel helpful rather than pushy, consultative rather than transactional * Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities Quality Standards & Call Excellence * Maintaining high call quality benchmarks by delivering accurate and complete information to customers * Ensuring every interaction reflects M-KOPA's values and commitment to customer care * Adapting your approach based on customer personality, needs, and communication style Productivity Goals & Performance Management * Meeting expected talk time and call handling benchmarks while managing interactions efficiently * Achieving daily and weekly targets through consistent performance and smart time management * Balancing quality with quantity—ensuring every call is both efficient and effective Feedback & Reporting * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems * Providing regular feedback to the Telesales Team Lead on campaign progress, customer insights, and improvement opportunities * Sharing learnings that help the entire team improve performance This is an outbound sales role based in our Customer Retention team. If successful, you would be reporting to the Telesales Team Lead. YOUR APPLICATION SHOULD DEMONSTRATE: Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience * At least 2+ years in a corporate environment * Experience in the BPO or call center industry preferred * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets * Experience with outbound calling campaigns is an advantage Skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills—you know how to build rapport quickly and keep conversations engaging * Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems * Excellent presentation, coaching, and people skills * Result-oriented mindset with focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets through disciplined execution * High ethics and integrity in all customer interactions—you sell by helping, not by misleading * Active listening skills that help you understand customer needs beneath surface-level objections * Resilience and positive attitude—you bounce back from rejections and stay motivated * Time management skills to balance call volume with quality interactions * Persuasion skills that feel natural, not forced Personal Attributes * Passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets * Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed * Team player who celebrates collective wins * Curious about customer needs and motivated to find solutions * Comfortable with metrics and performance tracking * Adaptable to changing campaigns, products, and strategies WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: In 3 months: You're confidently handling outbound calls, consistently meeting your call volume and sales targets, and receiving positive quality scores. In 6 months: You're exceeding targets regularly, building a reputation for strong customer relationships, and becoming a resource for newer team members. In 12 months: You're a top performer being considered for team lead opportunities, consistently ranking in the top tier, and contributing strategies that improve team performance. WHAT WE OFFER: * Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives tied directly to your sales success * Career growth opportunities in one of Africa's fastest-growing fintechs—many of our team leads and managers started in outbound roles * Comprehensive product training that makes you confident in every call * Supportive team environment with ongoing coaching and development * Modern workplace with the tools and systems you need to succeed * The satisfaction of knowing your work genuinely helps customers access life-changing products If the above is of interest to you, please apply. WE'RE UNLOCKING ACCESS TO THE NHS, BECAUSE HEALTHCARE IS NOT TRULY FREE UNTIL IT'S TRULY ACCESSIBLE 💙 The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low, and the biggest reason cited is lack of access. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works. We're building the front door of UK healthcare, creating a future where one billion NHS appointments are transparent and instantly bookable, and patients are guided to the right service first time using AI. We're developing critical national infrastructure. Today, 26% of GP practices in England use our patient registration software, while one in five GP practices in London use Bookable Search to help new patients find and book appointments seamlessly. Our latest product, Bookable Navigator, extends this vision by automatically booking appointments for existing patients. We operate from within a working GP practice in East London 🏥 We're backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and were previously ranked the 8th fastest-growing startup in the UK and 33rd fastest-growing in Europe 🚀 ⛩️ OUR PRINCIPLES Exciting challenges lie ahead. Guided by our principles, we’ll meet these challenges with a thoughtful and caring approach. These principles drive everything we do at Healthtech-1: 1. 💙 Care deeply 2. 🏋️♀️ Work hard 3. 🤝 Be your word 4. 💬 Trust in radical truth and transparency 5. 🚀 Do your life's best work 6. 🥳 Find the fun Read more about our principles and our "why" in the Healthtech-1 Handbook. 👋 HELLO FROM RAJ 🎯 MISSION STATEMENT We have an ambitious mission: to unlock access to healthcare by making every appointment in the NHS bookable. To reach national scale, Raj needs to spend his time on strategy and execution, not admin and logistics. Your job is to run his operation flawlessly so nothing slips and he's always prepared. We invest heavily in development, care deeply about our people, and will support you when needed. BUT you must be comfortable with pressure and prepared to work 60+ hours a week. 🎯 GOAL EXPECTATIONS The goal: Make Raj more effective, and act as a force multiplier for the company. Help us hit 50,000 Weekly Appointments Booked by September 2026. Your role directly contributes to this by: 1. Ensuring Raj's time reflects our priorities 2. Make Raj a decision-making engine Success looks like: * Raj's calendar actually matches company priorities (not just what's urgent) * As a result, Raj feels that the vast majority of his time is spent on the right things * Nothing gets lost - actions tracked, commitments delivered * Meetings happen smoothly - right people, right prep, actions, owners and deadlines * Raj never chases you for updates * Zero typos, broken links, or half-done work 📅 YOUR 30 / 60 / 90 DAY PLAN BY DAY 30: GET THE ENGINE RUNNING Output: Raj's operation is visibly smoother. You will have: * Mastered calendar and inbox - you know what matters to Raj, what is noise, and what is not. * Shadowed Raj in all meetings - you understand his meetings, priorities, and working style * Established your quality standards and techniques to meet them - nothing leaves your desk with errors * Run logistics for 5+ major meetings - materials ready, people briefed, no surprises * Built your action tracking system - Raj's commitments are visible and moving forward, no actions have been missed BY DAY 60: MAKE HARD THINGS EASY Output: Raj trusts you completely with his operation. You will have: * Calendar on autopilot - you make judgment calls and Raj agrees with them, you schedule to priorities not requests * Inbox at zero daily - you respond on his behalf when appropriate, flag urgent, eliminate noise * Raj’s meeting prep is reliably excellent, also has a venue (rooms if internal), starts on time, has buffer zones where needed * Tracked 50+ actions to completion, with nil missed * You’re acting as a reliable, independent thought partner who can challenge Raj when needed but also play with his ideas to optimise his creativity and output * Observe and take note of what gives Raj energy e.g. meditation, exercise and ensure he has space to do this each day BY DAY 90: SET THE STANDARD Output: You're indispensable to how Raj operates. You will have: * Raj delegates tasks once and forgets them - he trusts they're done * Zero dropped balls - your tracking system means nothing slips * Meeting quality is consistent - prep happens without Raj thinking about it * You've optimised Raj's calendar multiple times based on what actually gets results * You've built templates and systems that make recurring work effortless * You and Raj complement each other’s mindsets and abilities, you catch details he misses, you know when to bring Raj back into focus and how to prioritise his ideas * You understand how to create a world where Raj can work at his optimum, sometimes last minute and amongst chaos, but create time and space for him to channel that energy into order so the rest of the team can thrive in structure, good communication and clarity * You're always two steps ahead - no firefighting, just smooth execution 🔍 SCOPE OF THE ROLE YOU FULLY OWN: * Calendar management - protect time, align to priorities, optimize for effectiveness * Inbox triage - respond when appropriate, flag urgent, eliminate noise * Meeting logistics - scheduling, materials prep, attendee briefing, room setup * Task management - action tracking, chase completion, flag blockers * Quality control - proofread everything both yours and Raj’s, check every link, catch every error * Admin execution - expenses, travel, documentation, whatever needs doing including personal tasks e.g. dentist appointments * Protect Raj's daily fuel - (exercise, 1hr meditation, family) and be his family's contact to ensure he shows up for what matters YOU DO NOT OWN: * Strategic decisions or recommendations * Special projects spanning multiple functions * Managing other people's teams * Pete's operation (he has his own FA/EA) * Functional execution (engineering, sales, support) OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRESSION: * This is one of the fastest growing health tech startups in the UK. We may be a small team of 40 (currently) but we are mighty, serving 26% of the country with our first product and with lofty ambitions ahead. As Raj and the company grows, so will this role too, and in the future there is the opportunity to be the right hand person to the CEO of a company serving up critical infrastructure to the NHS and its patients. 👍 ABOUT YOU * 2-4 years as a top-tier EA * Mission-driven - you Care deeply about the NHS * High-energy and excited to get the job done * Obsessive about quality - errors don't happen on your watch * Exceptional prioritisation - you know what's urgent vs important * Proactive communicator - you update before being asked * Calm under pressure - you thrive when it's chaotic, and can juggle many tasks in parallel * Judgment you can trust - you make the right call when Raj isn't available 👌 NICE TO HAVE * Experience supporting C-suite in high-growth startups * Built systems that made teams more effective 💙 A BIT ABOUT US 💙 We’re all NHS staff. We’re inside-outsiders. Trusted with one of the biggest datasets in the world. 🏥 Our office is within a GP practice. This is our unfair advantage. Got a question? Pop down the corridor. Want to learn how your work affects real patients? Pop downstairs to reception. 💪🏼 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (for most roles). We highly prioritise in-person communication and prefer candidates who want to work 4+ days a week in the office. Our anchor days are Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking — from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We're an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Come create with us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join an embedded, AI-native analytics team that sits inside the commercial and product domains driving our growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the VP of Revenue Operations and Global Sales Leadership as we scale our enterprise business — defining what success looks like across the full bow-tie funnel, from pipeline generation to expansion revenue, and proving it with data. You'll have a dedicated mandate within the Enterprise GTM org while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics, surface growth opportunities across the enterprise bow-tie funnel, and shape GTM strategy with evidence — proactively raising the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build and refine the models that steer the business — customer segmentation for territory and capacity planning, lead and account scoring for pipeline quality, and forecasting for pipeline and revenue. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Own the analytical backbone of how the enterprise business is steered — KPI and metric definitions aligned across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance forums, owning the narrative, not just the slides. * Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure so GTM teams can monitor long-term performance without you in the loop. * Uphold rigor as self-serve expands — push back on false precision in pipeline and forecast numbers, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist sophistication, statistical or AI, where a simpler approach serves the decision better. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Senior-level influence. You've driven real business impact by shaping decisions at the leadership level and moving revenue outcomes. * High agency. Habit of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling. * Sharp analytical instincts. You scope vague questions with vetted frameworks, state hypotheses up front, and reason to a defensible answer even with imperfect data. * Sound judgement about data. A solid grasp of statistics and the discernment to know when past data predicts the future and when to override it for where the business is heading. * Technical versatility. Proficiency across SQL and Python (notebooks in Hex), dbt (on BigQuery), plus experience with AI coding tools and techniques including context engineering and evals. * PLG/SaaS fluency. Hands-on experience in product-led and SaaS businesses, with a solid grasp of subscription economics and the metrics that drive them. MUSIC TO OUR EARS * Experience across the B2B GTM funnel — Sales, Marketing, and RevOps — with funnel, segmentation, and forecasting analytics. * Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers. * A track record of defining metrics and steering frameworks for enterprise or 0→1 commercial motions. WHAT WE'LL OFFER * A fast-paced environment with real room for personal growth and tangible impact on the business. * The chance to help write the new playbook for running Analytics in the AI era, combining timeless principles with fresh learnings from emerging tooling. * A diverse, collaborative team of Analysts and Engineers building together. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us. APPLICATION Ready to make the world feel your work? Please apply, in English.

We combine smart technology, real data, and human judgment to make financing simple, fast, and fair. With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for a Senior Credit Analyst for the next phase of growth. About the Role You will own the data strategy that drives our pre-collections policies, third-party collections performance, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) divestments. This mission bridges the gap between technical execution and business impact by moving beyond operational reporting to directly influence our Loss Given Default (LGD) metrics. Key responsibilities Design and implement robust champion/challenger A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the recovery performance of third-party collection agencies. Analyze early-stage delinquency data to refine pre-collections policies and prevent roll-rates into deeper delinquency segments. Build quantitative data models to evaluate the pricing, segmentation, and optimal timing for NPL forward-flow and spot sales. Partner with the Credit Policy team to integrate downstream collections insights into automated early underwriting decisions. Establish standardized data exchange processes, governance frameworks, and performance KPIs with external collection parties and vendors. What we’re looking for We are looking for a data-driven specialist with a highly structured approach to optimizing financial systems. You have a proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external vendors, translating complex analysis into actionable strategic narratives. You are motivated to build scalable frameworks that directly protect bottom-line performance in a fast-paced fintech environment. Qualifications Several years of experience working with credit risk, collections analytics, or portfolio management within Fintech or Banking. Expert-level technical capability in SQL for data mining and structuring complex datasets from scratch. Experience building automated data visualization dashboards, preferably using Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or PowerBI. Background in analyzing financial metrics such as Loss Given Default (LGD) and NPL portfolio valuation. It’s a plus if you have experience with Python for predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and automating data pipelines. Why Qred? This is the place to be if you’re looking for a place to grow. Qred is growing fast, and our Qredsters along with it. With a non-bureaucratic organization and delegated responsibilities, we make sure there’s a short path from idea to action.
