Control system Development Engineer (T3000 and PCS7) For our client, we are seeking a hands-on Control Systems Engineer to lead and support the development and sustaining of SIMATIC SPPA-T3000 and PCS 7 control system for our medium gas turbines. As a part of our team, you will develop and maintain control system software applications for our medium gas turbines ensuring our products meet the requirements set in the market. Norrköpings kommun satsar på digitalisering och utvecklar moderna lösningar som skapar nytta för verksamheter, medarbetare och invånare. På avdelningen för digitalisering och IT arbetar cirka 105 medarbetare med att utveckla, förvalta och stödja kommunens IT- och informationslösningar. På enheten tjänsteförvaltning arbetar 26 engagerade medarbetare med förvaltning och nyutveckling av kommungemensamma system. Vi befinner oss i en spännande utvecklingsfas där vi bygger upp en ny dataplattform och inför Microsoft Power BI som kommunens plattform för analys, rapportering och beslutsstöd. Vi söker nu en systemutvecklare som vill vara med och bidra med kompetens som kompletterar vårt team! Dina arbetsuppgifter Som systemutvecklare arbetar du med att vidareutveckla och förvalta Norrköpings kommuns rapport- och analyslösningar i Microsoft Power BI. Kommunen har etablerat en grund med rapporter och analysstöd, och arbetet framåt handlar om att utveckla lösningarna utifrån verksamheternas behov och skapa ännu större nytta genom datadrivna insikter. Du ingår i ett team som arbetar med utveckling i Microsoft Power BI och Power Platform, samt med databaser, datamodellering och hantering av information från kommunens olika verksamhetssystem, exempelvis ekonomi-, personal- och verksamhetssystem. Arbetet omfattar även förvaltning och vidareutveckling av befintliga rapporter och statistiklösningar. Du arbetar både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor för att säkerställa att kommunens verksamheter har tillgång till tillförlitlig och användbar information för uppföljning och beslutsfattande. En viktig del av rollen är att samarbeta med verksamheterna för att förstå deras behov av uppföljning, analys och beslutsstöd. Du deltar i möten, fångar upp utvecklingsbehov och omsätter dem till rapporter, visualiseringar och lösningar som ger rätt information till rätt mottagare. I rollen ingår även support och användarstöd kring befintliga och nyutvecklade rapporter. Du kommer ibland att hantera frågor och ärenden som behöver prioriteras med kort varsel. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har en högskoleutbildning inom relevant område, som exempelvis systemvetenskap. Du har goda kunskaper i Microsoft Power BI eller liknande system och det är meriterande om du har flerårig erfarenhet inom området. Du har goda kunskaper inom JavaScript, T-SQL, HTML och CSS samt grundläggande kunskaper i Microsoft SQL, databashantering och datamodellering kopplat till system så som Power BI och rapporteringslösningar. För tjänsten krävs det att du har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Som person är du analytisk, lösningsorienterad och strukturerad. Du ställer höga kvalitetskrav på ditt arbete och bidrar till en hög kvalitetsmedvetenhet i teamet. Du är självgående, initiativtagande och tar ansvar för att driva ditt arbete framåt. Samtidigt har du lätt för att samarbeta och skapa goda relationer med både kollegor och representanter från kommunens olika verksamheter. Rollen ställer krav på att du kan kommunicera tydligt och pedagogiskt samt anpassa ditt budskap efter mottagaren. Du är lyhörd och har förmåga att förstå verksamheternas behov för att tillsammans hitta hållbara och verksamhetsnära lösningar.
