A provider changes their API without warning. Your team catches it before a single customer notices. And the only feedback you get is a question about why the next integration is taking so long. If that sounds familiar, we should talk. At Anyfin, we're looking for an Engineering Manager who doesn't just keep the integrations running, but builds the team and the platform that make the next one easier. Someone who can lead people, set technical direction and still be useful in a pull request. The foundation is built. Now it needs to scale. Anyfin helps people refinance expensive consumer credit on better terms. Since 2017 we've helped people across Sweden, Finland and Germany take back control of their finances. We're profitable, we have a banking licence that lets us operate across the EU, and we're getting ready to launch new products and enter new markets. Our ambition is to be a pan-European company by 2030. Almost every one of those steps starts with an integration. A new market means new credit bureaus, banks and payment providers, each with its own formats, quirks and opinions about uptime. The team is small and intentionally so. We'd rather grow what each engineer can do than how many engineers we have. The actual job You'll lead a small team of engineers building and running the integrations that connect Anyfin to the outside world. You'll own how the team works, what it builds next and how good it gets at it. You'll report to our CTO. You'll build the team. Hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, feedback and growth. You'll help each engineer get better at what they do and make the team stronger than the sum of its parts. You'll make integration repeatable. The first integration in a new market shouldn't feel like the first integration ever. You'll shape the patterns, tooling and data contracts that turn each new provider from a project into a routine. You'll own reliability. When an integration fails, a credit decision or a payout can fail with it. You'll make sure the team knows first, fixes fast and learns something each time. You'll stay close to the code. This is a hands-on role. You'll review, pair, design and build alongside the team, because good technical leadership needs proximity. You'll balance speed and quality. Regulated lending doesn't forgive sloppy systems, but it doesn't reward over-engineering either. You'll know the difference and help the team know it too. You'll work across the business. Product, credit, data and operations all depend on the data your team brings in. You'll shape priorities with them, not just receive them. Leading a team that builds with AI AI isn't a side tool here. It's built into how we work across engineering, analytics, operations and product, and our tech team has built an AI-connected data and code environment on frontier models. Integration work is a good place to see the difference. Reading provider documentation, mapping schemas, writing tests and investigating odd payloads are exactly the kind of work AI can speed up. But the data you bring in increasingly feeds systems that act on it without questioning it. Part of this role is working out how to lead in that world. Not by mandating tools, but by helping the team get better with them, and being honest about where they don't help yet. The people You'll work with talented engineers, data engineers, product managers and credit experts who care a lot about getting things right. Share a half-formed idea on Friday and someone will have a prototype on Monday. We prefer it that way. They're also generous with what they know, quick to laugh and happy to change their minds when you make a better case. As long as you can back it up. This sounds like you if… You've led engineering teams for several years, ideally with a focus on backend systems or data integration in a product company. You've hired and developed engineers, and you've learned something from every team you've led. You've built mission-critical backend software in TypeScript and Node and deployed it on Kubernetes, ideally on GCP. You've integrated with external APIs and providers, and you know that the documentation is a starting point, not a promise. Our main stack is TypeScript and Node on the backend, React and React Native on the frontend, plus Python, Go, Kubernetes and GCP. The judgment you bring matters more than ticking every box. You're pragmatic. You care about clean, maintainable code, get a little too excited about reliability and have very little patience for over-engineering. You make decisions and create clarity without creating politics. People want to work for you, and they get better while they do. Experience from fintech, lending or another regulated environment is a plus, but not a requirement. More than anything, you can tell us about a team you made better. Not just what it shipped, but how it worked differently because you were there. This is a hands-on leadership role. If you want to step fully away from the code, or if what you really want is to stay an individual contributor, this probably isn't your role. A few practical notes This role is based at our office on Drottninggatan 92 in Stockholm, and we work from the office. We think great teams and culture are built when people meet in person, especially at this stage. EU work authorisation is required. If you'd rather build integrations that just work than explain why the last one broke, we'd love to hear from you.

HEAD OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING Have you steered paid social, influencer or search spend on CAC, and do you know why one hook beats another? Let's talk. Anyfin exists to improve people's financial lives. We don't hand out new loans. We fix shitty ones, with fairer terms, a clear overview and a partner that's actually on your side. We're profitable, growing fast in Sweden, Finland and Germany, and building the growth engine that will take us across Europe. This role sits at the heart of it. THE ROLE You'll lead paid social, influencer and Google search, from the message all the way to the numbers. You own the message and the creative. You'll define audiences and messaging per market, brief our content creators, give creators sharp feedback and run a weekly testing rhythm. You steer on cost and value. With our analysts, you'll track CAC, marginal CAC and what each channel's customers are really worth, push for attribution we can trust, and decide what to scale, fix or cut. Market owners own budget and results in their markets. You make the channels deliver for them. You find new growth. You'll test new channels, formats and audiences fast, instead of running last year's playbook harder. You lead the team. You'll lead our influencer specialists, a paid social specialist and our content creators. You'll set clear goals, help them grow and bring marketing's view to the company. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AFTER 12 MONTHS * We're bringing in clearly more customers than a year ago, at a marginal CAC that still pays back, and you can show which decisions got us there. * Performance marketing is steered with clear frameworks: everyone knows how we value customers, set priorities and decide what to scale or cut. * We test and kill at a good pace, and learn faster than our competitors. * Our best ads and creator videos come from real customer insight, and a clearly higher share of new creative beats what it replaces. WHO YOU ARE You've owned the numbers. You've steered paid social, influencer or search spend against CAC targets, and cut things that only looked good on the dashboard. You've run a channel in-house, not only through agencies. You know how CAC, CLTV and marginal CAC fit together, and that platform attribution is never the full truth. You have taste in creative. You can explain why one ad works and another doesn't, and turn that into a better brief. You challenge and think differently. You question how things are done, hold your own with analysts and management, and have found new growth before. You lead specialists who are better than you at their craft, and help them grow. You speak Swedish, Finnish or German, and work fluently in English. You'll judge creator content, so you need to feel when a line lands. It's a plus if you have: * B2C experience, ideally in consumer fintech or lending. * Hands-on with Meta, TikTok and Google Ads. * Experience with influencer marketing. WHY ANYFIN At Anyfin, you'll lead marketing for a company on a mission to improve people's financial lives, and you'll play an important part in how we show up across our markets. Your work helps people discover a better way to handle their loans, which can be a real step towards more financial freedom. We're a team where ideas move quickly from strategy to launch, and where you'll see the impact of what you and your team create. This role is based in Stockholm, it’s office first and we offer relocation support to help you move if needed.
Do you love turning ideas into scroll-stopping content? Are you just as happy behind the camera as in front of it? At Anyfin, we're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes creativity. You'll shape concepts, write the copy, film, edit and bring it all to life as ads that people actually want to watch. You'll get the freedom to experiment, test new ideas and see your work make a real impact across our markets. Success in this role means a steady flow of fresh, high-performing content for Sweden and Finland, built on insights and continuously improved together with our performance team. If you get excited by a great hook, a clever edit and content that connects with people, we'd love to hear from you. ABOUT ANYFIN Anyfin exists to improve people's financial lives. We don't hand out new loans. We fix shitty ones and give the loans people already have a better home: fairer terms, a clear overview, and a partner that's actually on their side. That's where we start, but it's not where we stop. Loans are the entry point to a bigger mission: helping people take control of their finances and build a healthier financial life. We're profitable, growing fast, and our ambition is to become a European company by 2030. THE ROLE As our Content Creator, you'll develop creative ad concepts for the Swedish and Finnish markets, tailored to different target audiences and campaign goals, and take them all the way from first idea to finished format. You'll turn each concept into multiple variations with different hooks, angles and formats, and adapt concepts and copy culturally between the two markets. You'll write ad copy for both static and video ads, as well as simple scripts and talking points for the employees, customers and creators you film with. You'll plan and carry out shoots, including lighting and sound, in styles ranging from UGC to more polished material. You'll direct and coach people in front of the camera, and step in front of it yourself. You'll then edit and deliver the finished video ads, and design simple static ads as well. You'll work closely with our performance team to follow the data and insights, looking at metrics like hook rate, CTR and CAC. Together, you'll learn what works and what doesn't, and you'll use those learnings to keep improving the content round after round. When needed, you'll also support our influencer specialist with influencer marketing in both markets. Throughout all of this, you'll make sure our content complies with the regulations for marketing financial services. Who you are You're creative and love coming up with ideas, and you enjoy seeing them through all the way to finished content. You have previous experience creating content for ads for social media, whether in-house at a brand, at an agency or as a freelancer. You're confident filming and editing in Premiere Pro and comfortable designing simple static ads. You also have a way with words and enjoy writing copy and scripts. You feel at home in front of the camera, and you're good at making others feel comfortable there too. You speak and write Swedish and Finnish fluently, and you keep up with trends on TikTok and Instagram, with a good feel for what makes content stop the scroll. You're curious about data and enjoy learning from what works and what doesn't. Above all, you want to understand Anyfin's product and customers deeply, so that the content you make is built on real insights. Why Anyfin At Anyfin, you'll create content for a company on a mission to improve people's financial lives, and you'll play an important part in shaping how we communicate and look in our social channels. Your work helps people discover a better way to handle their loans, focusing on the Swedish and Finnish market. We're a team where ideas can move quickly from concept to publication, and where you'll be able to see the impact of what you create. This role is based in Stockholm, and we offer relocation support to help you move.
