Our vision is Zero Talent Waste. We help organisations make fairer, more objective people decisions through science, technology and data – creating better outcomes for businesses while helping more people reach their full potential. We are now looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Swedish market with start as soon as possible, who wants to help us create new opportunities and introduce organisations to our growing portfolio of HR Tech solutions. Our preferred location is Oslo, but Stockholm is also an option. About the role As our SDR for Sweden, you'll take ownership of sales development activities towards the Swedish market, working closely with our three Swedish Account Executives to create and qualify new business opportunities. This is much more than booking meetings. You'll combine outbound prospecting, research and value-based conversations to understand which organisations we can create value for, who we should speak to and why. Our portfolio consists of several solutions that can support customers in different ways. Great prospecting therefore starts with curiosity: understanding the organisation, identifying relevant needs and making your outreach count. You'll be part of our Global Sales Development team. If based in Oslo, you'll sit alongside our SDR for Norway and the local AE team. In Stockholm, you'll work alongside our Swedish commercial colleagues. Either way, you'll have plenty of engaged colleagues around you to collaborate with and learn from. Your responsibilities will include: * Researching and identifying relevant accounts, stakeholders and opportunities in Sweden. * Engaging prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels. * Qualifying opportunities and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. * Connecting customer challenges with relevant parts of Assessio's product portfolio. * Collaborating with AEs and the wider SDR team to develop our pipeline and continuously improve how we work. Who are you? You get energy from creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear. You're comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to new prospects, but you also understand that great outbound isn't simply about volume. You're curious enough to ask why this company, why this person and why now? and use what you learn to create more relevant conversations. You don't need to know everything from day one. What matters is your drive to learn, resilience and willingness to continuously improve. You'll probably also find the intersection between psychology, technology and business genuinely interesting. We believe you have: * Fluent Swedish and strong professional English. * A strong interest in outbound sales and confidence engaging new prospects. * A curious and analytical approach to prospecting and customer needs. * Strong communication skills and a value-based mindset. * A proactive, self-driven and collaborative way of working. Previous SDR, BDR or B2B commercial experience is valuable, particularly within SaaS or HR Tech, but we don't expect you to tick every box. Your motivation for outbound sales, learning ability and potential matter greatly to us. About the recruitment process We practice what we preach. Potential and the person behind the CV matter to us, which is why selected candidates will first be invited to experience our own assessments. From there, the process includes conversations where we'll get to know your experience, motivation and potential – while giving you the opportunity to get to know Assessio and the role. Why join Assessio? At Assessio, psychology, technology and business come together to make a real impact. You'll take ownership of an important market while having experienced AEs, fellow SDRs and an international commercial organisation around you. With an expanding product portfolio, you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment and develop your own approach. Every opportunity you create brings us one step closer to our vision of Zero Talent Waste.
Do you enjoy being close to the business, solving real legal questions and seeing the direct impact of your advice? Assessio is growing across Europe, and with more markets, customers and products comes an increasingly interesting legal landscape. We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to provide hands-on legal support across commercial agreements, customer negotiations, privacy and technology-related matters. This is a broad in-house role where you will work across our Commercial, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams. You will have independence in your day-to-day work, while continuing to broaden your legal experience and gradually taking greater ownership of how we work with recurring legal needs. What you will do Your main focus will be providing practical, commercially minded legal support to the business. You will: * Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, DPAs, enterprise customer agreements and partner agreements * Work directly with Sales and Customer Success in customer negotiations, contract discussions and escalations * Support tenders, public procurements and RFP processes * Advise on day-to-day privacy and regulatory matters, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, Data Act and cross-border data transfers * Work closely with Product and Engineering on legal questions related to product features, data usage, AI and privacy-by-design * Identify legal risks and turn them into clear, pragmatic recommendations that help the business move forward * Handle a broad range of ad hoc legal matters across our markets and functions * Collaborate with our DPO and coordinate with external legal counsel when specialist expertise is needed * Contribute to M&A, due diligence and other corporate matters when relevant As you get to know Assessio and the legal questions that repeatedly arise, you will also have the opportunity to improve templates, guidelines and ways of working – making everyday legal support increasingly clear and efficient. The role at Assessio This is an individual contributor role with broad exposure across the organization and our European markets. You will take ownership of legal matters within your area while having access to our DPO and external legal expertise when needed. Over time, there is room to grow into greater tactical ownership as your understanding of Assessio and our legal needs develops. What we are looking for You are a commercially minded lawyer who has built a solid foundation in commercial legal work and is ready to take the next step into a broad and increasingly independent role. We believe you have: * A Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent * Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements * Experience with B2B technology, SaaS or other technology-related commercial agreements * Practical experience with GDPR and data privacy matters * Experience working directly with business stakeholders * Strong written and verbal English, proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage You may also have experience AI-related regulation, international organizations, M&A or due diligence - but we don't expect you to have done everything already. What matters is that you have developed enough legal experience to work with a good level of independence, while still being motivated by learning, broadening your expertise and developing your judgement through hands-on legal work. Who we think will thrive in the role You combine legal judgement with a practical and commercial mindset. Rather than simply pointing out risk, you want to understand the business context, find a workable way forward and take initiative when you see an opportunity to improve how things are done. You enjoy working closely with others and build strong relationships with both commercial and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You are also a clear and confident communicator with the ability to make complex legal matters understandable internally, while communicating your position in contract discussions and negotiations in a pragmatic and constructive way. Our recruitment process We believe in the combination of experience, competencies and potential. During the process, you’ll have the opportunity to share what you’ve done before, while also exploring how you would approach real situations you could encounter at Assessio. We also use Assessio’s own psychometric assessments to support a more objective and inclusive process – while giving you a first-hand experience of some of the solutions we work with every day. We review applications on an ongoing basis and look forward to getting to know you 💙 What we offer You’ll join our Stockholm team at Banérgatan 16, while working closely with colleagues across our European markets. We offer a flexible setup with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week. You’ll also get: * 6 weeks of paid vacation * A competitive pension plan * SEK 5,000 annual wellness allowance * An engaged Stockholm team and colleagues across Europe * A broad role with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and grow your legal expertise Why Assessio? At Assessio, we believe that everyone has potential that deserves to be seen. Our vision, #ZeroTalentWaste, is about helping organizations make better and fairer decisions about people – from recruitment to development. We have worked with occupational psychology since 1954, but today Assessio is an international HR Tech and SaaS company operating across multiple European markets. We are entering an exciting next phase as our pre-hire and post-hire solutions are brought together into a broader enterprise platform, while Assessio continues to grow across markets.
